O hotel ideal para estadia em Manaus
Pros:

A melhor localização da cidade, em frente ao Teatro de Manaus. A zona e o hotel são muito seguros, e a comida com muita qualidade. Os funcionários foram muito acessíveis e guardaram as bagagens conforme solicitado. O quarto tinha grandes dimensões.

Cons:

O preço das refeições é manifestamente elevado.

Não gostei porque ao chegar no hotel fomos comunicados de que deveríamos subir 5 andares pelas escadas para chegar na piscina, pois o elevador estava em reformas. Porém notamos que era algo contínuo e não pontual. Ou seja, estava em reformas e não nos comunicaram na ocasião da reserva. E se tivéssemos alguma dificuldade de mobilidade? Ficaríamos sem a piscina ….
Funcionários simpáticos porém senti que faltava uma gerência ou supervisão para condução de qualquer assunto.
Café da manhã bom porém equipe não era tão bem treinada no serviço.
Enfim, para o preço que cobram e por se posicionarem como hotel boutique achei que a experiência não foi satisfatória.

Wonderful stay with extraordinary staff members
Pros:

Beautiful facilities. The staff were outstanding! I needed to get money from an ATM and one of the staff members offered to walk me there--truly above and beyond service. I highly recommend Jump Ópera Hotel if you are in Manaus.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool war der Grund der Buchung. Am anreisetag wurden wir darauf hingewiesen dass alles geschlossen ist und dafür im Keller ein jaccuci steht. Ich jackte nicht ein so und der Manager bestätigte und versandt diese und bestätigte mir die Rückzahlung der Buchung. Doch bis heute wurde nichts bezahlt

Beste Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Sehr unübersichtlicher Zugang zu den Zimmern und offensichtlich bereits seit August kein Liftzugang zum Rooftop - Pool, das Weg dorthin durch das Treppenhaus ist nicht ausgeschildert und führt durch mehrere Notausgänge.

Que se tiene que atravesar por el restaurante para ir hacia la piscina y el spa. Falta disponibilidad para usar el
Jacuzzi. Fuimos dos veces en el Día, la primera vez nos dijieron que estaba ocupada y la segunda vez que estaba sucio. No permiten reservar el uso del
Jacuzzi. Hoy antes de las 8:00 empezaron a taladrar al lado de la pieza, despertándonos. Al parecer, estaban arreglando el ascensor.

The best of Manaus
Pros:

Lovely, charming hotel, right across from the Opera House, whose dome is reproduced in the restaurant's roof. The restaurant has the best ceviche ever, and the hotel staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful in all respects.
