Pros:

Room was clean, Staff were all friendly, our room was nice, it was on the 5th floor and at the corner which was really nice, it was quite.
Breakfast is normal, nothing special.
Parking is at the property, which is good.
Hotel is right of the interstate.
I would definitely stay here again.

A nice, modern hotel at a decent price.
Pros:

Breakfast bar was good, it was neat and clean. The attendant was friendly while keeping trays full of food. Brand of potatoes were a little underwhelming. (thank goodness for ketchup)

Felt safe, but we believe the area could be in transition from old industrial to more modern enterprise zone. Would be interesting to see it in a couple of years.

Cons:

Need a way to handle backups at check-in more quickly. Road weary patrons will be happier and come back if they feel their time is appreciated. Give something small with the “I’m sorry for the delay”. (a bottle of water, cookie, snack bar?)

I had a remarkable experience at Avid Hotel.
Pros:

The house keeping staff was absolutely amazing. Also, the front desk staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The cereal bar utensils need to be clean more often.

Pros:

Staff were very kind and accommodating. When I needed to switch rooms due to a dysfunctional AC unit they were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Guests partying and arguing in various areas of the hotel including stairwell, lobby and hallways. Large groups gathering in parking lot with multiple car meet ups made it feel unsafe for a single traveler.

Overall good, comfortable, affordable
Pros:

The breakfast was good, check-in was smooth and quick, and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The room was seemingly clean but the toilet bowl was not cleaned, the chair in the room was very crummy, and there were splatters of coffee on the wall by bed/night stand

It was ok- we were tired and it wasn't worth complaining to the desk for extra chair and no room

Cons:

The orange juice was watered down. We had a bedroom with two queen size beds but there was only one chair to sit in. There were no cups in the room to hold water for rinsing my mouth when brushing my teeth or taking medication. The mattress was too soft.
