Clean, friendly and convenient!
Pros:

It was an easy on and off the expressway. Extremely comfortable bed, loved that the bathroom and main room were both clean! Patel at the front desk, excellent! Will stay again when I’m in the area for work!

Your rooms were immaculate and the beds were "VERY" comfortable. I've started a several hotels, but Avid is the best!👌🏿 👍🏿! Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. God bless.

Beyond Disappointed
Pros:

The water pressure and the front desk gentleman, Xavier. My son also liked the hot chocolate.

The room was tiny which in in itself wouldn’t have been such a huge deal, but for being so small, it was dirty and had other people’s things that they had left behind in the refrigerator, under the sink in the bathroom and on the side of the beds. There was a disgusting orange goo that was leaking in the bathroom shower. We have no idea what it was. When we got there, there was a screen on the tv to cast your device. We tried the directions and it didn’t work. We called down and spoke to Xavier. He said he would be up to check it. An hour went by and he hadn’t come so I called back down there and this time spoke with Richard. He was extremely rude and said that they don’t know which tv’s do that and which ones don’t and that Xavier had lied to me and couldn’t do anything. I went down to the desk and they were both there. Xavier came up and fixed the problem. I told him what Richard had said and he said that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Breakfast was super disappointing. No hot food at all and barely any options even only one hour in. I could go on, but let’s just say for the money that was spent, this was a huge disappointment. I was also told on Booking.com that my card would not be charged beforehand and it was. We would NOT EVER be back to this property. The air conditioning units could be heard all night and the flashing light (white) I’m assuming some kind of fire alarm flashed the entire night making it impossible to sleep.
