New and well-kept space for a smooth stay during a road trip
Pros:

Very comfortable, new and well kept space, good services.

A bit too expensive for the location, that is far from the city center and other areas of interest.

Pros:

Place was really good. Seems like it was new or recently renovated. Facilities looked like a futuristic hotel. Everything was clean and nice, and the hotel clerk was very nice.they also had a 24 hour coffee machine and a nice breakfast, considering the price

Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a facility!
Pros:

Everything was VERY clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable; the shower had good water flow and the water was nice and hot. Decor and rooms have been updated.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything! We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the breakfast food.

Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times. The first 2 times I had no issue at all. It was comfortable and affordable.

Cons:

The 3rd time I was there. I asked the cleaning lady if she could change the sheets on the bed, her response was NO, asked for clean towels NO. I was extending another night and was told by the early morning staff to come back after 7am and the day shift person could do. That he was not going to.

Pros:

One of very few hotels that accommodate guests with mobility issues, our room had plenty of room for wheel chair and roll in shower. Toilet area had good hand rails.
As we didn’t always need the shower hand rails in some other rooms with this feature. PS…low beds ✅

Cons:

Since most of the assistance rooms are located on upper floors but near stairway, perhaps let guests know how they would be evacuated if necessary posted with exit maps in rooms. Guests should also advise staff what would be needed.

Exactly what I expected and wanted.
Pros:

inexpensive. Super clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast is serviceable. I've stayed here three times to visit my daughter at Kalamazoo College. Only 5 minute drive to campus
