Great getaway with my husband, to an awesome hotel with a wonderful staffwith my husband
Pros:

It was nice, clean, and smelled so good all thru the hotel!

Cons:

Wish I had a tub in our room. Everything else was very nice.

Staying again in Aug 2026. Nuff said.
Pros:

Location to everything you need or want to do is right down the road.
Staff amazing all shifts. All positions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Never have felt welcomed.

All in all , it’s a good place to stay

They need to get the second elevator fixed , with only one elevator working at times you wait for a bit longer than you like to

Wonderful location, room, parking, bed, and staff!
Pros:

Wonderful receptionist checking guests in after midnight. What an exceptional person you have on staff and I hope you treat her as well as she treated me when I checked in after a long day.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower isn’t great but it’s not a huge deal.

Pleasant except for temperature control in the room.
Pros:

The staff was congenial and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very good.
Clifton and Rosalina went above and beyond… they were excellent!

Cons:

The HVAC system was on cold and blower on high. We had to put a bath towel and king pillow over the unit to keep the room tolerable. We did inform housekeeping and she was as immediately on the phone to inform someone.

It was probably our worse experience at a hotel. I was shocked as we love Hilton.
Pros:

Front desk lady was awesome. Nice location

Cons:

The internet kept getting disconnected, I was on a business show . I finally had to go on the show with my cell phone, avoiding their internet.
Coffee maker did not work. Any premium tv channels wanted my personal sign on…I don’t remember them…regular tv had nothing…so I just did online shows.
I also thought I requested a handicap room..I could hardly get off the low toilet. No bars around to help me. I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t get into it.
