Ottima pulizia, posizione fantastica e relax assicurato
Pros:

Il letto è molto comodo, dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. Apprezzata anche la possibilità di usufruire del pigiama fornito gratuitamente. Ottima la pulizia, curata in ogni aspetto.

Cons:

La stanza è molto piccola, così come il bagno. Se si hanno valigie di dimensioni medio-grandi, diventa davvero difficile muoversi: una volta aperte, non c’è praticamente più spazio per camminare. Inoltre, manca un armadio dove poter riporre comodamente gli indumenti, il che rende il soggiorno poco pratico.
Anche la colazione non è all’altezza del prezzo richiesto: l’offerta è limitata e la qualità non particolarmente soddisfacente.

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Il s'agit d'une chaîne d'hôtels à Tokyo. Hôtel très propre et bien situé prés de Ueno. Plusieurs bonnes options de restaurants à proximité et accès facile de l'aéroport Narita via le train Skyliner. Il est vrai que la chambre est petite mais elle est fonctionnelle avec rangement sous le lit pour les valises. Chambre bien équipée. Matelas confortable (ferme mais pas dur). Ménage aux 3 jours mais remplacement de serviettes et café tous les jours (sac mis à la porte) et poubelles vidées si mises devant la porte.

Cons:

Le restaurant adjacent offre le petit-déjeuner mais avec seulement 2 options de menu et dispendieux. Ça ne vaut pas la peine de prendre l'option petit-déjeuner inclus. Allez plutôt essayer le restaurant familial Jonathan's. L'hôtel n'a pas de lobby qui permet d'y passer un moment.

El hotel es confortable y muy cerca del "Electrical Town".
Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Habitación pequeña, pero eficiente.

Cons:

El desayuno es siempre el mismo y no hay variación. Creo que deberían tener algo como desayuno buffet

Thermostat is either off or overridden by the hotel. Heat surges 7am and 7pm.

Was told towel drop-off outside door but on 3rd day they entered the room to clean, but did not do the bed because clothes was on it. We'll if we're told there is only supply drop-off then no need to have bed cleared.
