Localização.

Cons:

Logo que chegamos o recepcionista não foi cordial, o chuveiro aberto saia pouca água e era para todos os lados , não houve limpeza no quarto no período que permanecemos, precisei ir a recepção pedir toalhas limpas. Na entrada o rapaz da recepção falou que era o quarto econômico sem nos dar nem a opção de troca ( mesmo que tivesse que pagar uma taxa a mais) e na saída a camareira perguntou de forma rude
se alguém fumou no quarto ( quarto esse que não foi limpo nenhum dia). Ah! E o café da manhã só havia os mesmos bolos nos dois dias. Enfim fiquei muito triste e insatisfeita com a minha estadia.

Da pra melhorar
Pros:

O cafe da manhã e à localização são ótimas! O local onde é servido o café tem uma vista linda! Os funcionários são muito educados.

Cons:

O colchão muito mole dói o corpo todo dormir em um colchao assim.
Ventilador de teto muito velho fazendo muito barulho. O ar condicionado está precisando de limpeza.
O hotel é bom mas tem que resolver essas questões.

Somente a localização

Cons:

Primeiro me deram um quarto com freezer quebrado, má ventilação, cheio de mofo, somente uma peça de toalha, ambiente fora do que havia reservado. Somente após a reclamação me deram outro quarto em melhores condições. Café da manhã restrito, falta de reposição adequada à quantidade de hóspedes.

Gostei apenas da localização porque o restante parecia que eu estava num calabouço.

Cons:

Quarto horrível, cama faz barulho, não ofereceram sabonete, tinha apenas uma toalha para o casal.
