Great location, boutique atmosphere
Pros:

- Super accessible location, very short walk to deer park. Because of this we were able to get to the park super early, when it was nice and quiet!
- Generous room sizes, much bigger than standard Japanese hotels
- Quiet
- Clean and well decorated
- No staff on site but easy to get in touch with them via internet chat
- Comfy bed

Cons:

- Some might find the locks on the doors a bit tricky/hard to get used to
- Check in via an app, which is fine, but when I tried to check out the web page kept failing. I managed to get in touch via chat and the staff let me know I had successfully checked out, but it was slightly stressful
- Not many konbini around - not really a con but when you’re travelling around Japan you’re so used to the convenience, so it feels like a hassle having to walk a bit further to find one at night!

Está bien ubicado. En la recepción tienes cosas de aseo a tu disposición.
Habitación amplia, camada cómoda y dos almohadas a elegir.

Cons:

Era una habitación fría. Tras un rato con la calefacción no fue un problema.
En el baño se notaba bastante el frío.

Very accommodating staff
Pros:

The service is outstanding. My daughter left a doll at the facility and they were able to send it to our next accommodation.

Cons:

The office is unmanned so you can't get luggage sent ahead.

Cons:

Sound proofing and temperature proofing are inexistant. The AC makes way too much noise to the point it is impossible to sleep with it on. The WC/shower room is as cold as Alaska with no way to heat it and you could run into the trouble of not having enough hot water (we did not though). Also the sound proofing between rooms is bad to the point you cannot make much noise and you will hear a lot. We spent only one night here out of the two scheduled.

Un hôtel simple mais confortable où tout se fait en self-checking

Procédure self-checking simple et efficace.
Très belle situation de l'hôtel à proximité du parc
Bon rapport Qualité - Prix

Cons:

Pas de parking et celui conseillé par l’hôtel est très cher si on reste plus d’une nuit. Nous avons dû trouver un parking à un prix convenable à proximité de la gare (à 1,5 km de l'hôtel)

Pros:

The location was great. 10 minutes walk to Nara station and right next to one of Nara Parks temples. We had a smooth check-in experience with door codes to our rooms and the front door. We did not meet anyone in the hotel or the front desk. The room was huge, with a separate toilet/bathroom and the big window in the bathroom was nice.

Cons:

They had a bathtub, but requested that we did not use it, too bad, since I would have loved to take a bath after long walks in the park.

One of our favourite stays
Pros:

The room was very spacious compared to other hotels in Japan and the bed was super comfortable! Location was perfect as well. I was slightly worried about the check in process as it’s a no staff hotel but everything was really easy and went smoothly.
