Gutes Hotel in nicht so guter Lage
Pros:

Im Grunde war alles in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer erstaunlich geräumig und sauber. Auch die Tatsache, dass es sich hier um ein Hochhaus handelt, war einmal interessant: wirklich eine schöne Aussicht

Schöne Lage, schöne Zimmer, aber unterdurchschnittlicher Service
Pros:

Zimmer ist gut und modern eingerichtet. Lage ist gut am Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt 14 Stockwerke und in den oberen hat man eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt.

Cons:

Service ist mangelhaft. Es gab weder das angekündigte high-speed noch überhaupt irgendein WLAN.
Als ich im Zimmer Lichtschalter betätigt habe, hat es die Sicherung geschossen und ich stand halbnackt im Dunkeln. Mit Handylicht angezogen und zur Rezeption. Ich wurde gefragt, was ich gemacht hätte und dass ich warten solle bis andere Gäste hinter mir eingecheckt worden sind. Als ich mich beschwert habe, hörte ich "ich bin kein Hausmeister". Sorry, das mag richtig sein, aber Service geht anders. Später auf dem Zimmer wurde nach mehrern Versuchen die Sicherung vom "Nicht-Hausmeister" wieder eingesetzt und wir haben den defekten Lichtschalter identifiziert, der (hoffentlich) in den folgenden Tagen repariert wird.
Weder für das Abenteuer mit der Dunkelheit noch für das fehlende WLAN wurde sich beim Auschecken oder sonst irgendwann entschuldigt. Es wurde nur gesagt, dass beides bekannt wäre ...

Günstiges Hotel in zentraler Lage und gutem Zustand!
Pros:

- Guter Zustand des Zimmer, ansprechendes Design.
- Tolle Aussicht (10. Etage) und zentrale Lage.
- Check-Out erst um 12:00 Uhr.

Cons:

- Das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend sauber.
- Die Hotelbar hatte am Samstagabend geschlossen.

Das Bad: die Schiebetür war schwer und unhandlich. Milchglas zw Bett und Bad mindert Privatsphäre und das Licht stört, wenn jemand nachts das Bad benutzt.
