Private, quiet, great.
Pros:

I hate crowds, and the Orchard was great coz it allowed us great privacy. I loved having our supper on the outside space bought from nearby, walkable distance stores.

Cons:

Somewhere when booking it was advertised that there's a swimming pool when the orchard doesn't.
Someone was smoking but wasn't reprimanded, but the policy says no smoking on the premises.

It was warm, the AC was available but noisy!

Pros:

Great little motel. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Some of the appliances were a bit dated but who cares, they work! The staff was very friendly. The communal barbecues were clean and worked great. I'd recommend this place if you're stopping in Oliver

The cabin that we rented was extremely dirty, we stayed there for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping or replacement for towels, soap, shampoo.

Great place to stay, economical & close to everything.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't included. Location is great close to everything. Cabin was air conditioned which was a big bonus. Temperatures were between 36-40C Too hot for me!Great place

Great value and friendly staff.
Pros:

Good size. Lots of things to use in the kitchen. Lots of light. Appreciated the ceiling fan.

Cons:

Very hard to keep cool even with air conditioning. Bathroom fan and air conditioner very loud.

Pros:

Very quiet, great yard space, fun games room for teens, Large room, use of BBQ, laundry facilities, fruit trees

Cons:

Limited parking for larger vehicles (1/2 ton pick up), cook top not hot enough to boil water, freezer very frosted up with no door.

Wonderful stay at the Orchard in Oliver
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the weather was very warm so the air conditioning was very much appreciated. It was so convenient to all the amenities. We also found a very nice off leash dog park. And Osoyoos was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We found the water a bit too chlorinated so we picked up some bottled water.

Great place to stay along the way.
Pros:

Clean, rooms appear newly renovated with a European style. Full kitchen included

Cons:

If you plan to walk to nearby restaurants the main places are about a 15-20 minute walk. Otherwise the location is easy to find and quiet.
