I like the location, staff, the property is good.
I like the property. I just dont like the booking.com because they advertise that i get a free airport taxi. But i dint get one. When i try to contact them nobody answer. They just ignore my mail😟

Красиво, просторное лобби, на крыше бар и бассейн. Номер Junior был очень просторным. Высокие потолки, выход на балкон, электропривод штор. Вкусные завтраки.

La ubicación
El personal sobre todo la jefa de recepción quien tiene una actitud déspota, maleducada, soberbia, no resolutiva . Ciertamente me llamó la atención que esté encargada de dicho puesto. Simplemente por la actitud de esa persona no pienso volver a dicho hotel
The hotel's location is definitely one of its biggest strengths it's incredibly central, and if you don't mind walking, you can easily reach most of Barcelona's main attractions without needing the metro or taxis.
The hotel itself feels quite new, and the common areas are well maintained. We especially enjoyed the rooftop, which had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff throughout our stay were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options, and cleanliness was excellent in both the room and the shared spaces.
We had originally booked a standard double room, but at check-in we were informed that the window couldn't be opened due to building regulation, that ahould be mentioned in the booking details. We decided to upgrade to a room with a balcony paying more, which was appreciated, although the balcony wasn't really usable as an outdoor space.
The room also had an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. Maintenance explained that it was related to the plumbing, but unfortunately it was noticeable during our stay. Another disappointment was the bed. We specifically requested a double bed, but it turned out to be two single mattresses pushed together, which wasn't particularly comfortable for a couple. If a double bed is advertised, it would be great if it were an actual double mattress rather than two singles joined together.
Prachtige kamers en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was heerlijk om de middag even af te koelen. Personeel onwijs vriendelijk en fijne buurt.
Afstand naar het centrum was wandelend nog vrij ver icm de hitte in juli. Maar de metro ligt om de hoek!

Fantastic location! Amazing check in staff, always so helpful and breakfast staff were lovely too and always fresh food. Room was comfortable, cleaned beautifully and it really felt like a home from home.
Not much room for hanging clothes and no drawers at all for t shirts, socks, underwear
Great stay for our group trip. Really nice modern rooms, helpful staff and the terrace is great for a relaxing afternoon.
The pre-check in process wasn’t possible which made it a little slow at check-in but that was really the only small piece of feedback.

The bed was really comfy and the room was a good size. The location is very good.
In the gym there were no towels or water and there was no indication from reception or in the room to say to bring your own towel. I also asked for the ac to be turned on and it never happened. The ac wasn’t working either in the breakfast area so it was very hot and humid. I think the price for per night is a bit high for what you get.
Good location. Walkable to Sagrada and high-end shops. The open pool on the roof top has a bar that people hang out at night to enjoy the view. Safe area.
Rooms are small but has all the things you need.
A very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and an attractive location. Close to attractions, shops and public transport.
Loved the location, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. I just thought it was a little expensive considering the room, the sink not draining, the fridge not working and the unfriendliness of the breakfast staff. Could do better.
The entire staff (front desk, maids & breakfast staff) was very accommodating & professional. Nanci & her entire breakfast staff were friendly and very patient, waiting for as I arrived at the last minute. The maid on the 3rd floor was also amazing!
