Pros:

The bed was really comfy and the room was a good size. The location is very good.

Cons:

In the gym there were no towels or water and there was no indication from reception or in the room to say to bring your own towel. I also asked for the ac to be turned on and it never happened. The ac wasn’t working either in the breakfast area so it was very hot and humid. I think the price for per night is a bit high for what you get.

breakfast consist of ham, eggs, bacon, etc. and not continental breakfast. Can relate to that.
Pros:

Good location. Walkable to Sagrada and high-end shops. The open pool on the roof top has a bar that people hang out at night to enjoy the view. Safe area.

Cons:

Rooms are small but has all the things you need.

Great location. Value not there
Pros:

Loved the location, close to transit, shopping and restaurants. I just thought it was a little expensive considering the room, the sink not draining, the fridge not working and the unfriendliness of the breakfast staff. Could do better.

Pros:

The entire staff (front desk, maids & breakfast staff) was very accommodating & professional. Nanci & her entire breakfast staff were friendly and very patient, waiting for as I arrived at the last minute. The maid on the 3rd floor was also amazing!

July stay - junior suite with balcony
Pros:

Good location. Great air conditioning. Rooftop bar and pool were fantastic. Not too busy to enjoy but busy enough for an atmosphere. Rommspacious, spotless and two balconies. Only thing I didn’t like was the no doors on the bathrooms!.

Nice hotel, a little pricy but very good location.
Pros:

Location is good. Bed was comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast. Good coffee. Roof top bar was really nice. Plastic glasses though!

Cons:

I put a ‘clean my room’ card on my door and the room wasn’t cleaned (we stayed two nights). The card was turned around the wrong way - possibly my fault but don’t think so and was even questioned by a staff member if they could clean my room and I said yes. Apart from that the room was nice as was the stay. The lifts are too small and tended to cause a bit of an issue. On occasion the alarms when off when there were 5 in the lift which was a little scary and had to ask someone not to get in. Felt it was a bit pricy.

Clean, quiet comfy accomodation with helpful staff!
Pros:

Nice quiet location, with quiet interior-facing rooms. Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice gym. Rooftop pool/bar was so cute with great city views!

Cons:

Shower and toilet room glass need more tinting for privacy. You could see through glass a bit when lights were on so it didn't feel very private...I was travelling with my son. Wished bathroom was it's own space instead of next to beds
