Pros:

Good price for budget hotel for temporary bath and sleep. Near by only have one restaurant if I not remembered wrong. Not very convenient if you don’t have car.

Would stay again if the price was right.
Pros:

Stayed in triple room. One queen and one single bed on level 1. It was reasonably clean and large. The aircon in our room was just adequate. Even on the coolest setting it didn’t get very cold.
The bathroom tap and sink was continuously dripping.
The bidet handle didn’t work, you have to turn it on via the tap.
The shower head was in between the toilet and sink.
A bathroom mat was provided.
Desk and chair, clothes rack and hangers. No bench for suitcases. Sheets looked clean and towels smelled fresh. Shampoo, body wash and toilet paper. Kettle, water bottles, coffee, cups and saucers. Can borrow hairdryer at reception.
There are 3 levels and a lift.
The lobby and common areas are clean. There are two toilets in the lobby.
Drinks and snacks sold in lobby.
Hot and cold water dispenser also in lobby.
Staff were friendly.
Deposit of 50RM on check in.
We didn’t ask for housekeeping but asked for change of towels and replenishment when required.
There are a few restorans to the left and to the right of the hotel. We went to Nasi Kandaq Talam, Restoran Rekha and RESTORAN MOHD NOOR MUSTAPA (check google for opening times and my reviews).
Is walkable to JB sentral, City Square mall, Bazar Karat, little India and Chinatown etc. Galleria Kotaraya is more local. Or use Grab/Air Asia.
We were able to leave our luggage at reception for a short time after checkout.
