The man at the front desk is super amazing! Service is beyond standards
We loved how accommodating and professional the front desk staff was, how spacious and beautiful the rooms were.
Everything was perfect!
Has bugs in room but mangers was very friendly and came and sprayed and took care of everything. There seem to be maybe residents who live there full time and some of them are quite rowdy at night, if you are having to work on base early in the morning or can be a pain. But overall it served it's purpose.
The fact they I wasn’t charged for canceling
I did not stay here! I would let my dog stay here if I owned one! My experience just walking in the front office was sad! The poor office manager must not be aware that the order that she’s so immune to is MOLD. I got a headache just standing in there. She was okay, just very blah… She gave me a key to view the room and it was just as bad as the office. The breezeway’s are full of trash and disgusting. The smell of weed over took the area! When I opened the room door it smelled like sweat, wet dog and cigarettes. There was dog hair on the sofa, the bed had stains on it, and the bathroom reeked of urine. The END!
The property is pretty messy and the rooms have a funny smell. The room was clean, but had a few roaches dead and alive. Walls are pretty think as you can hear people outside and next door. However the customer service here is outstanding. I would give this place a one star if it wasn't for the price and an amazing staff.
I couldn’t get in because I arrived after 7pm. It is the first time that I have to arrive at certain time to get it the room. I had to look for another place to stay at because the system is close after 7pm. In short, I was left outside with no options
Chill environment
Parking
I loved everything about this place
when we got there they told us that we did not have a resveion and even when i show that did they said that you booking . com made a mistake and must have put us somewhere yell but not there we could not reach you or anyone who could help so I lost that place and had to find a differnt place . thanks for the help
People were very nice and helpful.
Old property that needs to be updated.
I was told, that if I’m going to need cancel, I may do that anytime and I will receive full refund. But the companies policy is first WEEK NON REFUNDABLE. Even if on expedia it says fully refundable. I never got my money back. I spent there one nights, and they charged me for a whole week.
Also, place smelled like someone been smoking there, and I’m a non smoker, so for me it was very uncomfortable.
Booked my room for a travel assignment for 13 weeks. 3 days before I was due to travel there and on a holiday weekend they left a vm to say they didn't have a room after all, sorry! When I called back the lady said well I'm Just glad we let you know, we don't have any rooms available.
Unbelievable so now I can't find anyone else as it's a holiday weekend.
So be careful even if you have a reservation you may not, and the may not even tell you.
Mike the manager is top notch. Always friendly and really cares about the guests. He is people savvy and quite frankly deserves better. The room I stayed in was clean, and well kept. The housekeeping staff Katrina was very nice and courteous and always cleaned my room good. Only met the maintenance man once but he seemed nice. The only drawback is the night time attendant.. I smoke and refuse to smoke where I dwell so I stepped out for a minute to smoke. The property attendant which said his name is i believe is Eric told me that I had to keep moving and it was okay this time to stand out here but that he runs the place so it doesn't look like there's a lot of loitering well instead of arguing with him and by the way he does not wear anything that has Intown Suites shown nor does he have a name tag on that says who he is, but that's besides the point. However I came out a while again to have another cigarette and it was like he was watching me from afar and then he said I already told you once we don't allow loitering well hate to say but smoking outside a room I paid 300 plus dollars for to stay in is not loitering.. My overall stay was good, but next time I might go pay a little more and have more freedom, but all in all I would recommend this place for others to stay at!
This hotel would never have been on our list of options as a place to stay, however hurricane Irma forced us into this place. We were under a mandatory evacuation and had to leave our flooding neighborhood. There were no other options available to us. InTown Suites did have electricity, air conditioning, full size refrigerators with freezers, 2 burner stoves, large TV, a roof, hot water, & showers all of which we no longer had access to in our own home. Any port in a storm that offered safe shelter was welcoming. Our studio suite though had seen better days. It was very shabby and well-worn. The mattress was lumpy. I told my husband it had potholes. The daybed upholstery was stained and torn with obvious cigarettes burns as did the spread on the double bed. The bed and bath linen were thin and coarse. The freezer worked great which allowed us to save the food from our home refrigerator. We were able to take a hot shower. We were able to watch the news. We had lights. We had air conditioning. We were thankful that we could find a place to rest our heads that was safe even though this hotel was not up to the standards that we usually expected of such an establishment. It was very inexpensive to stay there...less that $300 plus taxes a week. There was no pool, no breakfast, no daily room/maid service, no toiletries (one thin bar of soap only), no coffee maker/pot and no 24 hour desk personnel. There was one elevator, one key per room and mandatory once a week cleaning/linen service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any port in a storm. We have moved on to a better port but we are fortunate in that we can afford to do so. The hotel was full with a number of families all seeking shelter from Irma and some who lived there semi-permanently....the homeless. There was obviously an effort to keep the place looking neat and attractive with their limited resources. The company makes no bones about the fact that to keep the cost of staying there affordable they do not do a lot of extras, like daily room service, 24 hour office coverage, pools, etc.
I stayed at in town suite from Dec 2015 to Feb 2016 while I worked as a travel nurse. The management and staff were nice. I enjoyed the updated rooms with colorful decor. I had no issues and would stay there again.
