56 Hotel Sukhumvit

The Hotel was everything that it said it was, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious (we chose to stay in the room with a bath - which also had a seperate shower). There is a quiet little coffee shop attached to the hotel which was a nice touch - food there was nice also. 7/11 a stones throw away. Market and shopping center short cab ride away. Its a lovely hotel away from the busy city - we would come stay again!

This hotel is the cleanest i ever smelled a hotel walking in .. i was shocked and it was a mast minute pick because my bnb didnt have water … the bed in the room was one of the softest beds in my whole stay in bangkok.. the pool is NOT elderly friendly unless you can climb out / no ladder no lifeguard.. it is also on the second floor & has no direct sunlight so it is cold but if you are hot will enjoy ! No breakfast is ok alot of food options .. breakfast stands 6am - 9) & restaurant lunch & dinner - 11pm) area will close except club/bar few..

It was a very nice hotel and family friendly but front desk staffs are not friendly. They hardly interact with you. It would be great if their put a happy face on when they are at work.

Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the lobby was elegant and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here for two weeks and was truly impressed by the experience. The staff—from housekeeping to the front desk—were always warm, professional, and accommodating. The hotel itself is peaceful and clean throughout, with a calming lobby and quiet hallways that made it feel like a retreat from the city.

My room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out, with the added bonus of a patio. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room amenities like the electric kettle, mini fridge, and working desk made the stay convenient. I also appreciated how easy it was to order food deliveries if I didn’t feel like eating at the in-hotel café.

One major surprise was the gym—it’s small but well-equipped, and I ended up using it almost daily.

A few notes for future guests:

The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist spots. Occasionally, Grab rides were unavailable, but taking a GrabBike to the nearby Udom Suk BTS station was a quick and effective solution.

There are plenty of markets, malls, and local restaurants nearby, which made it easy to explore the neighborhood.

Like some other reviews mentioned, there’s a club or bar next door. The bass can be quite strong at night—I personally wasn’t bothered (hard sleeper), but light sleepers may not like.

I also noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom exhaust when the light was on—I'm very sensitive to odors, so I avoided using it.

Overall, hotel has value for the price. I’d stay again!

Nice place great food

客室も綺麗でスタッフの対応もとてもよかった。
ただ！近くにクラブがあるのか、夜になると騒音がひどく特に重低音がベッドに響いて眠れませんでした。

The staff was not very helpful, we had two people in pur room they wpuld not give us n extra towel. No wash clothes or hand soap, they tried to charge me for a damaged towel that was not ours.
Took pictures of it but wasn't even from our room.
Its a bit out from town, no microwave and the cafe closes very early. Nice view from the top floor, dryer didn't dry our clothes asked for. Drying rack and hangers to dry clothes they never brought it up.

Coffee in the cafe was good and the ypung girl that worked there was super nice. Nice beds and clean hotel very cute and charming.

56 Hotel was very pleasant accommodations. Especially if you want to away from the chaos of Bangkok and experience more of local Thailand. With easy transportation from Bolt to get where you want to go albeit a lengthy ride. Beautiful rooms, nice place to stay.

Good pricing and availability

Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the facility itself was nice.
