サッカーファンには大満足な宿かな。
Pros:

女性従業員がこちらの質問に親身になって対応してくれたことがほんとに良かったです。後、場所が埼玉スタジアムから凄く近くて良かったです。部屋が広くて料金がお手頃価額！

Cons:

天井に蜘蛛の巣が張っていた。ベッドが2つあってもう1つのベッドは使っていないせいかシーツが黄ばんでいてダニとかがいそうだ。後、駐車場の防犯カメラが少なかったので車とかが心配でした。新館の1階にもアメニティ用品を置いて欲しい。ぶっちゃけいうと部屋に置くのが普通だと思う。取り忘れて2回ぐらい取りに行った。歯ブラシとかクシとかいっしょに置いてあるので間違える。置くなら、分かりやすいように置くこと。っていうか部屋に置くのが常識！時計も電池がなくて電池交換してもらった。時計が止まっているホテルとか考えられない。後、壁とかが汚れていたのでキチンと掃除して欲しい。ウエルカムドリンクとかがあれば最高！アンケートの評価の絵文字を逆にした方がいいと思う。笑顔が左で悲しい顔を右にした方がいいと思う。それか、数字にするとか。

寝るだけの利用でしたら、コスパ最強です。
Pros:

値段が安い
受付スタッフの対応が良い
素泊まりで利用しましたが、必要なものは大抵揃っています。
全体的に広々としているため、くつろげました。

Cons:

風呂場のカビが気になりましたが、値段や築年数を考えると許容範囲だと思いました。
