La chambre était propre mais sans plus, facilité de parking pour 14€ , vraiment très bien

Cons:

La dame de l' accueil n' est pas des plus agréable , vraiment l' impression de l' avoir dérangé à mon arrivée, Confort du lit très moyen, douche très petite avec un rideau trop court, beaucoup de bruit d assenceur à tout moment de la nuit

Gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Problemlose Ein-und Auscheckung. Zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal. Für unseren Reisezweck sehr gute Lage. Für Touristen gute Verkehrsanbindung und die Nähe zum Zoo.

Komme immer wieder gern ins Hotel am Zoo wegen der Lage und dem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem 24-Stunden-Rezeption mit netten Personal.

Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden
Pros:

Vor dem Zoo gingen wir für einen Arbeitssitz, wir mussten nur zwei Minuten laufen.

Cons:

Es gab Haare auf den Betten, die Kissen waren zu klein, man konnte nicht damit schlafen. Man konnte das Geräusch des ganzen Hotels und auch der Straße hören.

Gute Lage in Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit verzeihbaren Abstrichen

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Preisleistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, Ausblick aus unserem Fenster auf die Skyline

Cons:

Wasser in der Badewanne hat sich nur sehr bedingt von der Temperatur und Fließgeschwindigkeit einstellen lassen, unsere Handtücher und Bettzeug hatten zusammen 2-3 hartnäckige Flecken von vorherigen Hotelgästen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen.
