Das einzig positive an der Unterkunft war die Sauberkeit der Betten und die direkte Anbindung zum Zoo respektive RMV
Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Hotel ist veraltet, Bäder aus den 70er Jahren, null Service für viel Geld ( fast leere und vom Vorgast abgerissene Toilettenrolle, kein Wasser zum Trinken auf dem Zimmer, kein Duschzeug im Bad oder sonstige Annehmlichkeit) Allein die Ausstattung des Bades ist unmöglich für ein Hotel. Jede Jugendherberge bietet mehr Komfort. Die Matratzen sind nicht erklärbar, alle haben noch nie so schlecht gebettet geschlafen.
Das Frühstück ist einfach nur zu vermeiden. Es gibt eine Thermoskanne mit Kaffee, alles lieblos angerichtet. Keine freundliche Atmosphäre und zur Krönung alles schmuddelig, Besteck verklebt und Joghurt bereits abgelaufen. Keine große Auswahl und Qualität ist nicht zu finden. Service ist ein Fremdwort und die Unlust zum Arbeiten steht dem Mitarbeiter auf der Stirn geschrieben. Das Frühstück kostet zwar nur 12€ , aber diese sollte man sich lieber sparen und in einem der beiden Cafés in der Nähe ausgeben.
Solche Betreiber sollten verboten werden!
Eine Schande für Frankfurt
Da macht sich eine Familie auf Kosten billiger Arbeitskräfte und Kundensusbeute die Taschen voll!

Good location near the zoo, but the room was too cold.

- Room was cold. Only the heating in the bathroom was a little warm while the one in the bedroom was completely off. We notified this and at the beginning we were told that we could have change the room and at the end we just received additional sheets given that in all the rooms the situation was the same
