Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel am zoo
Pros:

La propreté, l’accueil du personnel ainsi que sa gentillesse. Malgré la différence de la langue on a su se faire comprendre sans problème

Cons:

Un petit manque dans la salle de bain, la douche un peu abîmée

Die Lage direkt am Zoo und in Stadtnähe ist sehr gut.
Preisleistung für Frankfurt ist gut

Cons:

Handtücher und Fernbedienung fehlten im Zimmer. Bekamen wir aber auf Nachfrage. Das Badezimmer war schon älter und verwohnt.

Die Lage, das Personal, grundsätzlich Preis-Leistung

Cons:

Die Zimmertemperatur- viel zu heiß, auch ein kleiner Ventilator bringt bei der Wärme nichts.
Im Waschbecken sollte zumindest eine Art Stöpsel vorhanden sein, das Bad veraltet, was ok wäre, wenn man mit der Armatur die Wassertemperatur gut regeln könnte.

Hellhörig, bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sind auch die Zimmer sehr warm

В готелі адміністратор не привітній, дуже брудно, та відсутні зручності.
Pros:

Дуже гарне розташування.

Cons:

Дуже не рекомендую цей готель. Номера старі та дуже брудні. Туалет та полотенця були не чисті. Дозатор з милом був пустий. Вікна не відчинялись повністю, через що в номері було дуже спекотно, важко було спати. Адміністратор жінка була дуже не привітна, як вона сказала, парковка була зайнята, хоча було багато вільних місць. На сніданок був дуже маленький вибір.
