The hotel is located in a suburb of Tokyo. The hot bathtub was attractive.
部屋のシャワーがジョウロの勢いと同じだった💢 大浴場とサウナはご自由に使えます…は有難い事だけど、真冬は必ず部屋に戻る前に湯冷めして風邪引くとおもう。
車で行くのは不向きだと思う。
チェックイン・アウト時に
鍵を隣のサウナ受付まで取りに行くのが
ひと手間ですが、あとはアパートに住んでいるような間隔で自由に使えるので
２泊以上の長期滞在者なら使い勝手が良さそうです。近くに遅くまで空いてる飲食店もあるし、コンビニもあるので食べる物にも困りませんでした。

It Is easy to get to train stations, there is a lot to explore in the area, most of the Tokyo sights are about 1 hr away so keep that in mind.
Very close walk to the station, laundry mat and convenience store. Was clean and quiet.
駅近だし、清潔だし、なんとも昭和感も感じられて最高でした。サウナもあるし男性客が多くてと不安でしたが、女性でも1人でも安心して泊まれると思いました。近くの街の雰囲気も良かったです。

お部屋が広くて綺麗でよかったです。
駅から近く設備も充実しててとても良かったです。
不満な点は、周りの音が少し響くので気になる方は耳栓等を用意したほうが良いです。
シングルの部屋なのか？カプセルタイプなのか？サイトでは分かりにく、心配でした。
チェックアウト時のスタッフさんとの会話が、とても心地良く、気持ち良く出発しました。

風呂は部屋にもありますが、せっかくなので、温泉を利用。年季が入ってるせいかそこまで綺麗ではない。
近くに飲み屋も多いので、周辺は帰り際の酔っぱらいがうるさかった。

外観は綺麗ではないから不安になるが、内装が非常に綺麗であった。
成増駅前の男性専用サウナの受付でチェックイン。
中期の出張などビジネス向けのアパートメントホテルが、サウナの隣棟にあります。
泊まるだけならなんら不自由がなく、池袋至近でこの価格なら悪くないです。
車は4台までしか駐められませんが、近所のコインパーキングも24時間1000円程度とこれまた悪くない。
飲食やコンビニは迷うほどあるし、男性ならサウナも使い放題。
とにかくリーズナブルで「悪くない」(^_-)
很好的體驗，性價比很高，沒有煙味，女生獨住也很安全，離地鐵也很近。

I hope the price is more reasonable
成増駅北口から近いので、迷子にならないのが嬉しいです。高島平にある劇場バルスで舞台があるときに利用させて頂いてます。高島平駅近くからバスがでているので、交通面も安心。夜は時間確認したほうがいいかもしれないです。
