Please note that the reception is not always manned after 20:00. Guests have access to their rooms via a key box, which allows individual arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 20:00.

Zimmer und Frühstück entspricht tiptop dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Uns war es sehr wohl vor Ort.

Cons:

Ich war wirklich ENTSETZT,dass ich vor Ankunft das lange Verhaltensregel mail erhalten habe!!🤨
Als normaler Schweizer fühlte ich mich grad sehr blöd.
Das sollten sie überarbeiten und trennen!

Hotel très bien situé...
Accès proche au lac et embarcadère pour de belles balades...
Bon petit déjeuner 😋

Cons:

Nous avons visiter en période pas trop chaude...mais pour l été un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait bien utile...

Excelente opción en Spiez
Pros:

Lindo, limpio, amplio, buena comunicación y disposición de traducir a nuestra lengua…La habitación impecable, te cambian diario las toallas y nos dejaron mucha agua en la habitación, fue perfecto porque tomamos mucha!! Tienen servicio de lavandería y si necesitas taxi te lo llaman desde la recepción

Na chegada tive um descontentamento com o quarto. Busquei a recepcionista Antonia que prontamente acolheu minhas reivindicações e colocou-me num quarto maior e de frente para o lago, sem precisar pagar mais. O gerente Marcel também muito solicito.

Pros:

Tesisin çalışanları oldukça iyiydi. Hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.
Kahvaltısı ve otelin bulunduğu lokasyon çok iyi.

Cons:

Odaları çok küçük ve konforlu değil. Biz ailecek 3 kişilik odada kaldık ama rahat edemedik. Ayrıca, odalar arası ses geçirkenliği zayıf, yan odalardaki konuşmalar duyuluyor. Mayıs sonunda hava oldukça sıcaktı, küçük vantilatör verdiler.

Cons:

Niewygodne łóżko, niedziałające WiFi, brak „zaopiekowania” przez personel po przyjeździe - nikt mi nie powiedział np. o darmowej wodzie, miejscu śniadania i dostałam złe wifi. Słabe wyposażenie pokoju - brak mydła do ciała, brak odżywki do włosów czy balsamu. Woda tylko raz na przyjazd butelka. W łazience brak wacików/szczoteczki. Mało ręczników- tylko pod nogi i do ciała.
