Pros:

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

It was quite warm if the room is on the top floor because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but only fans. I guess normally it is ok but this summer was extremely hot 🥵

Nagyon kitűnő, kiváló szállás, kényelmes, csendes szobával.
Pros:

Nem volt légkondi - és nem is volt rá szükség. Nagyon jó volt az ágy. Csendes volt a szoba és a folyosó is. Szép volt a kilátás a tóra.

Cons:

Nem volt elég kinti tető az eső ellen a taxihoz jutásnál, de ez elhanyagolható probléma.

Sehr nette und kompetente Kollegin beim Check-in. Trinkwasserspender, Kaffeeautomat und Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsberech. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit.
Super Frühstücksbuffet!

Pros:

Location was perfect, unbelievable!
The cleanliness of the room was great.
All of the staff were polite and could speak in both German and English.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable for sleeping.

Spiez is a place to visit
Pros:

Property was clean. Staff at reception was helpful. Not available usually after 9 pm.
We felt safe. Had one window which was sliding door to shared patio. Beautiful view.
Belvedere hotel next door has a lively bar and balcony and a restaurant with excellent service.

Cons:

Felt more like a college dorm or hostile. All brick and cement. Beds were stiff. Lots of groups of young adults stay at hotel. Staff all were young adults. No comforts for adult stay. Conference rooms for training.
