Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Betten sehr gemütlich, toller Kugelschreiber aus Holz.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat eher an eine Jugendherberge erinnert. Für den PReis erwartet man eigentlich schon etwas mehr. Da gibt es schon Glasduschen, mehr Raum und Bilder an der Wand. Das "Luxus"-Gefühl fehlt etwas (meckern auf hohem Niveau), aber ja .

Clean and pleasant rooms, the receptionist was nice

Cons:

I don't know if it was because we went during the end-of-year holidays, but there was no restaurant only breakfast. the access was quite far from the hotel’s main entrance. To get there, if you don’t use a taxi, you need to walk downhill. The path is fully paved but somewhat long. On the way back, carrying your luggage uphill can be challenging. We got a room on the ground floor with no view of the port; we had access to a small patio, that's all (no seaside at all)

Kurzaufenthalt im schönen Spiez
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen, bequemes Bett , super Aussicht auf die Spiezerbucht .Super Frühstück viel Käse Auswahl und sehr gutes Rührei . Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon hatte es Schnee , da wäre eine Fussmatte von Vorteil .

Lage und Seesicht (war zwar neblig) und Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Hotel wirkt wie eine Jugendherberge. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bis 10 Uhr kann man frühstücken und um 10 Uhr ist gleichzeitig Check-out. Eine Verlängerung ist gegen Aufpreis möglich, was dazu geführt hat, dass wir das sonntägliche Frühstück an einem anderen Ort eingenommen haben.

morgenmad ok, fint at man kunne sidde udenfor. især én mellemblond medarbejder ved morgenbordet var imødekommende og smilende.

vi kunne på ingen måde lide det værelse vi fik. det var ikke hvad vi har bestilt ift de billeder vi blev præsenterede for. aldrig har vi været på så ringe et værelse, meget smalt , vi kunne ikke passere hinanden på værelset , så smalt var det. ekstremt ringe senge . vi bestilte dobbeltseng - 140 er ikke dobbeltseng. sengen var så gl. at vi faldt ind mod hinanden. der stod søudsigt . det var ikke søudsigt. vi kunne skimte søen i baggrunden når vi kiggede udover et tag på en anden bygning. vi har skrevet til jer på kundelogin og ikke fået svar. utroligt dårligt og vi bruger aldrig mere booking.com og anbefaler det ikke til andre. vi forventede svar og en form for kompensation - intet hørt ... det værste af det hele er at opholdet blev trukket inden vi ankom , mange dage før. hvorfor det ? og alle de kinesere der opholdt sig på hotellet var virkelig ikke passende. de har så anderledes en kultur ift når de spiser og hvordan de opfører sig. de ragede på al mad , hostede uden at holde sig for munden og var ekstremt højlydte - en virkelig dårlig oplevelse...

首先这个酒店的名字应该让很多人误解，它并没有在湖边，也只有部分房间能看见湖景，如果你拿着行李，那么最好坐公交，否则上坡下坡会很累。其次房间特别小，很暗，应该像国内的招待所。总之我认为不值这个价钱。最后让我不可思议的是入住前你会收到一封邮件，几乎是命令的口吻告诉你不要怎么做……我认为很无理

Good price with good view. Will come back again
Pros:

Good view. Great breakfast. Walkable distance to town and supermarket.
You can’t complain about it with this reasonable price.

Cons:

All good. If you are living on floor 2 there might be chances you need to carry your luggage for a few steps. Balcony are not private. But those things don’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay.

Frühstücksdamen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, konnten auch auf der Terrasse sitzen das war schön

kühles Hotel und auch das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht ganz so freundlich. 10Franken für das Parken pro Nacht mit diesem Zimmerpreis ist auch eher viel
