El desayuno de cortesía ofrecido es un detalle y que haya una sala con mesas y sillas para poder comer algo está bien. El proceso de check-in y check-out es rápido y funciona bien.

Cons:

La cama es absolutamente inaceptable, mala e incómoda. La habitación es bastante pequeña y únicamente cuenta con una pequeña ventana en el techo abuhardillado. Se oyen continuos ruidos de equipos de impulsión de agua y el agua caliente a veces va bien y otras veces no. La seguridad de las puertas es mínima.

Cons:

Staff scortese. Ho chiesto se era presente latte di soia o cibi senza latte per le allergie di un familiare e mi è stato risposto in modo scortese di no perché quello che vedevi era gratis.
Pulizia assente, cambiavano soltanto gli asciugamani se li riponevi in doccia. Dispenser di shampoo/ bagnoschiuma assenti, due gocce, per fortuna viaggio sempre con i miei prodotti. Ma questo può chiamarsi “hotel”? Delle prese non funzionanti così come alcune lampadine in camera.

Bra läge med busshållplats bara 100 m bort

Cons:

Trist frukost, personalen kunde varit trevligare. Väldigt högt pris men ev var det för att det var konsert med Billy Joel inplanerat på Murrayfield när vi bokade. Den blev dessvärre inställd men då var rummet redan betalt och "non-refundable".

They didn't clean our room during our entire stay. We put the "Please Clean Room" sign on the door for two days, but the room was never cleaned
