How light and nature can enhance a building’s design with those stunning views.
Pros:

It was such a great experience staying at this magnificent resort/ home of Geoffrey Bawa’s.
To soak it all in while relaxing with a couple of very good gin and tonics, after a wonderful tour of the garden with Krishna, who was able to give us in-depth knowledge & history of the property.
Thank you we loved our stay plus experiencing the most amazing electrical storm, with thunder crashing directly overhead in the early hours of the day.

癒される場所。
Pros:

ロケーションとバワが作り上げた庭や部屋が素晴らしい！素敵な場所でした。スタッフの皆さんもすごく親切でした。

Cons:

良くない点ではなく、あればよかった点でいうと、体調を少し崩してしまったので部屋で食べれる事ができたらよかった。

A must visit in Bentota for serene & calm estate views
Pros:

Love its location , the calm vibe , the views of the entire estate , the tour of the estate , food and hospitality.!
Also enjoyed the happy hours and high tea for guests , was really good.

Cons:

I think the pool can be maintained better with some staff there . Rest everything was superb.!

Beautiful, tranquil setting, unique gardens and architecture
Pros:

Most beautiful location, quiet extensive gardens extending from one water edge to another. Unique Geoffrey Bawa landscape architecture and buildings and landscaping .
Birds, purple face monkeys leaping in the high trees, mongoose. Treated like royalty by the staff . Fantastic pool overlooking a lake.

Cons:

Expensive but I guess the money goes towards the upkeep of the amazing, huge gardens and the high number of staff

The staff were lovely but we did have an issue with the manager. He was very unhelpful when I asked for local restauran

Paradise
Pros:

A stunningly beautiful location surrounded by wonderful gardens and lakes. Very peaceful and private, enhanced by great staff who are passionate about the place and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace, overlooking the lake, were very memorable as was gin and tonic hour! Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka.
