Pros:

Waking up and looking out at the amazing view.
Clean and would definitely stay again. Bernie was a great host and helpful.

Not as good as we hoped
Pros:

There were good facilities in the apartment. It is large and spacious. The artwork on the walls are photos which I really liked. Made it feel more personal.

Cons:

The apartment has a poor finish to it. It feels like it may have been recently renovated but some of it is really dated. The kitchen doors are so dated and not finished. The internal doors are very flimsy and rattle when windy. The catch to the window above the bed was broken so didn't shut properly. Let in a very cold draught.

Lovely appartment in a good location.
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable property. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking. Nice crisp bed linen.

Beautiful place to experience, Kaikoura
Pros:

Beautiful sunsets very close to the walkway along the Esplanade right beside the beach, friendly staff, and excellent rooms very nicely designed and plenty of space excellent appliances, clothes, washer, dryers microwave, cooking facilities, good appliances, and utensils
