A lovely welcome from the manager Bernie who was so kind and helpful.
Beautiful location and very clean. It had everything we needed.

Pros:

The accommodation was very conveniently located close to the beach, and the staff were very friendly, helping to resolve the issue of delayed check-in.

Cons:

Many of the window latches were missing and the windows couldn't be closed properly. Since it was April and the area is near the beach, it was very cold at night.

The manager was fabulous for information of what to see and places to eat. Close to Main Street shops and restaurants.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

The room is very clean and tidy, the mattress is very comfortable, the shower is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We are very happy to have chosen to stay here, and we will choose this place again next time we visit Kaikoura! Thank you!
