Correcto, pero no repetiriamos.
Pros:

Es bonito estéticamente tanto la calle donde está como la habitación. La limpieza muy bien.

Cons:

Las escaleras de dentro de la habitación son peligrosas, los desayunos muy fijos tanto en variedad (nosotros estuvimos 5 noches) como en horario (son muy insistentes en eso, hubo un dia que nos contactaron por email, llamada y después nota en la habitación para confirmar la hora del día siguiente). Está lejos de todo, mínimo 30 minutos andando o coger transporte público. El personal en general majo pero con poca experiencia.

A fantastic stay for a true Kyoto experience
Pros:

We really enjoyed our private onsen as well as all the complimentary facilities offered by the hotel. One of us booked a relaxing massage who was offered in the room and was outstanding

It is expensive but I had to try this viral ryokan in Kyoto.

The ambiance is perfect especially at night. Great breakfast.

Loved the preserved historical street made into hotel rooms !
Pros:

The kindness and hospitality of the staff! One of the gals that spoke with me at my check in made
Me an amazing hair clip after I told her I have loved being here and in fact just had about 12 inches of my hair cut off in a hair cut in Kyoto. I loved the short look and she agreed. So thoughtful to make me two Barrett's that were absolutely gorgeous. Genuinely nice people working at this property!

Comfortable and luxurious with every amenity you could possibly need.
Pros:

The facilities were incredible, the staff were extremely helpful and considerate as well. We were introduced to the room and facilities by Ruka who was absolutely amazing and even gifted us personalised notes when we left, she was such a lovely person and made the stay very easy.

Great place for a one time experience for me!
Pros:

The unique individual entrance was very Japanese and tranquil.
The breakfast was amazing, and staff so thoughtful to give us 3 different variety for the 3 days of stay and different locations within the restaurant too. They were amazing.

Cons:

The stairs upstairs were very steep and after long days walking around, wasn’t the best. It would be good to note that in the description and in the pictures too.

Very incredible hotel, suite & staff!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The suite was equipped with personalized check-in with a sweet treat and small tea. The fully stocked mini bar with variety of beverage options was a very nice addition. The staff was incredibly attentive during conversation in the common lounge area near the front desk and surprised us with a small gift based on knowing what local items we enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable. The location is definitely outside of the city but close enough if you like a long walk and inexpensive to take a taxi. We loved our experience with the breakfast that was a very short walk from our room. I even purchased the reed diffuser that smelled so good in many common areas of the main part of the hotel. I absolutely loved the plunge pool/tub outside of the main bathroom.

L'hôtel est bien situé.
Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et attentionné.
Il a été facile de parler en anglais avec eux.

Le repas du soir ainsi que le petit déjeuner japonais étaient rès bon.

Les explications concernant l'utilisation des différentes commodités (incluant le bain chaud) étaient très clair.
