Struttura tipica giapponese ricostruita con cura.

Cons:

Lentezza nel Check in, rigidità nel menu della cena e negli orari. Struttura adatta a coppie inadatta ad ospitare famiglie per le rigidità di cui sopra. Costo alto per i servizi offerti.

Pros:

This place is amazing! The room was beautiful and very clean. I stayed in the bamboo room. They provided us with traditional Japanese clothes. I was able to try the Japanese breakfast and it was delicious! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I throughly enjoyed my stay!

The best stay and the best service
Pros:

We had the best stay at Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The semi-open air onsen was very relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a busy holiday. The dinner was some of the best beef we ever ate.

The staff was amazing and attentive. In particular, we had an amazing host named Rei, who looked after our every need from check-in, to dinner, and even our late night egg sando.

We will forever remember the lovely time we had at Nazuna Tsubaki St., and will not forget the level of service and care from Rei!

We will be back!

The property is beautiful and the hotel staff are all warm and welcoming.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated and a very serene vibe. I love the 2 floor layout. Plenty of room!

Wonderful honeymoon

Overnight relaxation & rejuvenation at NTS!
Pros:

A wonderful overnight at NTS! We were wanting to have a one night recharge & reset in the middle of our long trip & this was exactly what we were looking for! The room was so peaceful & clean. The staff was kind & helpful. Dinner & breakfast were great and we had the best server we’ve had so far in Japan! Thank you for making our stay special and unique! <3

Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

Service from the staff was excellent. There are multiple amenities that are offered with many of them being free perks for staying. The rooms are well maintained, being clean and spacious. The private onsens are a wonderful addition that made the stay that much more enjoyable. The courtyard and lounges are beautiful create a perfect atmosphere to relax.

Pros:

The outdoor tub was nice

Cons:

We moved after the first night - the rooms were not functional for 2 people. The bed took the entire space and you had to do a stepping stone to get into the bath. The upstairs was not very comfortable so there was no place to relax in your room.

We had a wonderful one night stay that was very relaxing.
Pros:

Beautiful room with charming environment. The outdoor private spa was so relaxing. The room was modern and clean with so many amenities. Free drinks and snacks were so nice! The Japanese breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was so nice and helpful.

Cons:

The bedroom and living space were on separate floors. It was charming but there was not enough space in the bedroom for our luggage. We didn’t want to lug the bags up the stairs so that was a little tricky.
