Area and the stay was beautiful and surrounded by lots of exotic wildlife including plants and animals! Room service requests weren’t followed through even after 3 days. I asked them to replace a wine glass as it was shattered, and was not replaced through the entirety of my stay…

Quiet, beautiful property near La Ventura Falls, hot springs, and other wonderful places to visit.

La localizaciòn es excelente. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables. El servicio al cliente 10/10. Me encanta que el hotel es pet lover. Tienen perros, gatos y aves. Amè poder jugar con los perritos y ver los Tucanes. El hotel y sus alrededores es muy lindo. Rodeado por la naturaleza. El desayuno fue muy bueno, el arroz en el desayuno tìpico estaba delicioso. El precio es de $10. Mi ùnica observaciòn es la habitaciòn que necesita un upgrade urgente. Es grande y còmoda, pero necesita cambios y actualizaciòn. Los muebles, puerta y baño se ven viejos y desgastados. La decoraciòn no me gustò.

The rooms and views are beautiful. The service was really good. We especially loved the coffee they have at the restaurant. The rooms are kept clean, and they have air conditioning. Just a tip- bring shampoo and conditioner if you need them. They have a 3 in 1 soap, which is supposed to wash your hair and act as your body wash. There are also no wash rags provided. It wouldn’t keep me from staying here again but it’s just something to keep in mind.

The property needs to be updated. We booked honeymoon suit and received no blankets and the bed size was queen. Not a very cozy room overall. The property is beautiful though

The property was beautiful but the buildings were not well maintained. There was a gecko on our room and the staff tried very hard to make it right.

The grounds around the units were absolutly beautiful! The staff and family managing the hotel were acceptionally friendly and helpful! The food for breakfast and dinner was outstanding!

The hotel is in a very beautiful surrounding and that makes it unique. The staff were very helpful. The bed was not that great so we did not get good sleep. The lack of storage for your belongings and clothes was a big issues with us as we were traveling for more then three weeks in the country. Also lack of laundry was issue with us.

We spent 2 nights here so we could check out the volcano, hot river and the cloud bridges. Breakfast was friendly, fresh and tasty. We for a walk on their trail, saw a sloth and her baby. Lots of birds to see as well. They have very friendly dogs and a cat. It was a great spot to stay

Beautiful grounds. Plenty of hot water for the hot tub. AND we got to see the volcano right in front of our door!

Nice room, hot tub, view of the volcano, and private patio overlooking the nice flora in the garden. Nice to be a little outside of town, but you need a car.

This property was beautiful we had a fantastic time in La Fortuna great location very convenient wish I would’ve booked longer.

This place is quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean and the staff were very freindly. Enjoyed the wild life around the property.

Wow, what an amazing time here! The property is so beautiful and the rooms have everything you could need, including wine glasses and a bottle opener! To sit on the patio in the morning to hear the birds was amazing. There is also a cat and a few dogs there who are very well taken care of and very sweet. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was superb! We will definitely be back here when we go to La Fortuna again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Yellow Tree Suites. They were very friendly and let us check in early and held our bags so we could explore La Fortuna. The suite was clean. The best part is the property. It is just beautiful and we would watch the many varieties of birds such as hummingbird and toucans or listen to the howler monkeys! So fun

Beautiful area, and super cute room. We got the honeymoon suite which comes with a hot tub. We are dumb and didn't know how hot tubs work. Hot tip: fill up the tub with water before turning on the jets otherwise, water will splash all over the place. Given that you are in a jungle which is always a little wet, you will never dry out. Also use caution when walking on the floors because when they are wet, they are very very slippery. I had 3 slips but no falls. Toliet didn't flush properly but they do have a plunger in the room. Finally, when ordering breakfast, make sure you check to see if they added toast when you specifically told them no toast, I am gluten free and have celiac disease. Place was so cute though I highly recommend. Bring your own soap and shampoo!
