- Cách âm RẤT KÉM, phòng bên cạnh hoặc ngoài hành lang nói chuyện là có thể nghe rõ. Mình vừa nghỉ 01 đêm ở đấy đúng lúc nhà đối diện đang xây dựng (dù là ngày chủ nhật), trong phòng tầng 4 nhưng nghe rõ tiếng xe tải ra vào lúc 6h30 sáng
- Nhân viên lễ tân và buồng phòng nghiệp vụ RẤT TỆ. Thời gian check out là 12h00 nhưng nhân viên lễ tân đã nhắn tin riêng từ 10h00 yêu cầu check out sớm trước 12h00. Mình rất thiện chí check out từ 11h30 nhưng có thể không có sự thống nhất giữa lễ tân và buồng phòng mà 11h00 nhân viên buồng phòng đã gõ cửa và tự ý mở cửa phòng dù trong phòng vẫn có người. Mình đã xuống phản ánh lại với lễ tân nhưng đùn đẩy trách nhiệm cho nhân viên buồng phòng mới.

Big bed and good toiletries

Cons:

The receptionist tried to scam us. She printed off our receipt then typed in a calculator 1.81 million. I asked to see the receipt which she was annoyed about and it was actually 1.18 million. There was no reason to show it to us on the calculator as it said it clearly on the receipt paper. No apology. She probably would have pocketed the money if we’d paid it.
