Beautiful and comfortable once we got in.
Pros:

The room was great. Clean, comfy, well designed.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no live person to meet us at a front desk. We needed to drop off our luggage early. Fortunately, someone who used to work there happened to come along while we were trying to figure out how to get in. They used their access to open the door. That person provided the personal touch that was missing. Even though Hotel Filip satisfied in every other way, in the future, I’ll avoid booking where there is no guest services person to greet me at check-in and help with other issues.

Sehr unpersönlich und einfach. Wer nur ein Bett zum schlafen braucht und zentral wohnen will ist hier richtig.

Kein Schrank.
Keine Gastronomie.
Zwar Seeblick, aber um aus dem Fenster zu schauen, musste man auf das Bett klettern.
Kein Spa. Die Beschreibung Dampfbad, Sauna und Fitnessstudio ist irreführend. Es gibt kein Dampfbad, und es gibt nur eine Infrarotsauna sowie teilweise defekte Fitnessgeräte, die in den Heizungskeller gestopft wurden.

Pros:

Posizione molto centrale per visitare la città anche a piedi. Vicino anche alla stazione dei treni del teatro. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Cambiano gli asciugamani giornalmente. Ottime tende oscuranti.

Cons:

La nostra camera era al primo piano, lato strada.
In cucina mancano i coperchi per le pentole e un tagliere.
Mancano degli appendini in bagno.
