Attention quand plusieurs chambres réservées
Pros:

Le confort du lit...après une journée de marche, c'est plus que agréable de profiter d'un bon lit.

Cons:

Les clés électriques pour deux habitations, lorsque j'ai fait le check in via un link ...pas trop clair et j'ai mis les mauvaises personnes dans la chambre incorrecte...cela a fait que personne n'avait pas la bonne clé électrique pour pouvoir ouvrir la chambre ...bon bref.... on a dû partager le link entre nous. Mais pour les personnes qui ne sont pas trop familiariser avec l'informatique..cela doit être difficile !!

Pros:

The location is great. It's calmer than the city center but walking distance to the harbor, restaurant, cafes. The room is very clean and with full kitchen facilities.

Cons:

The self-checkin was a bit difficult at the beginning. I couldn't receive the link to activate the digital key. But the call service helped to solve the problem quickly.

Awful: stressful and very disappointing.

Check-in and digital keys. Very complicated
If you lose your phone? What happens?

Also lack of response. I sent an email on arrival sound 5pm but got no reply. What if I had needed help ?

Room not as described. Constant noise all night from pipes. No answer when I sent another email at 6 am after a sleepless night.
