Excelent stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is just next to the city center and old town without being in the middle of it. The neighborhood is very calm. Yet it is just a few minutes walks to restaurants and attractions. We were here during the lac festival so it is very busy time. You can get around by car. But you can still walk everywhere which is perfect. Wether it is to the casino area where you have a beach or to the old town where you have many restaurants. You also have several brunch places close by. The staff is lovely and the rooms are confortable. There is a public parking close by that only cost 25 eur for 48h. Its perfect.

Great value hotel just outside of the tourist center.
Pros:

The location was great and gave us easy access to the tourist center without being in the middle of it (less noisy). The staff was excellent. AC worked well. We had a great stay!

Pros:

Un grand lit (180x200), climatisation ainsi que le proximité de la pelouse Pâquier à 3 minutes à pied. Personnel très sympas.
Je recommande vraiment pour un petit séjour
