It was great, but be cautious with the glass doors and their sharp edges.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and they allocate two pillows per visitor, unlike other hotels who only provide one pillow. Also, there's free coffee at the lobby. The lobby also provides a good reception area in case you have guests to receive.

Cons:

The drainage in the comfort rooms needs improvement. The management may consider removing the glass doors at the hallway of the upper floors. They can be hazardous. They also do not serve any practical purpose since they are always open. Stupid as it may sound, I accidentally bumped into the frameless glass wall, wounded my forehead and broke my glasses. Also, those old broken mirrors at the hallway may be removed. I suppose they are still from the old Casa Crystalla, their existence there is pointless.

The location is good but should have been soundproofed.
Pros:

In the center of everything you need to buy.

Cons:

No soundproofing the noise from the cars passing by and the people talking everything is heard because it's in the center of the hustle of the city streets so it should be sound proof.

I almost lost my room too because their reception gave the room to another person telling me that she did not see my booking online there was an issue with the system i had to wait a little longer to get my room.

Unpleasant!!!! Drainage must be thoroughly cleaned to exterminate the dirty flies.
Pros:

The room given to us had a lot of dirty flies. In the hundreds. I had to kill 100s in the toilet to be able to use. Very unpleasant!!!!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Lack of Empathy

Our experience at Bridge Express Hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Our booking was from 28/September, supposedly until 01/October but we cut our stay short. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The staff member, Winshie, was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. Despite making it very clear upon booking that I was traveling with my 75-year-old mother, who suffers from chronic rheumatoid arthritis, they still placed us on the third floor of a building with no elevators. Watching my mom struggle up and down those stairs was heartbreaking and completely avoidable.

Even after we politely requested to be moved to a lower floor and explained our situation, our concerns were completely ignored. It’s shocking how little regard the staff have for guests’ well-being or basic comfort. The reception showed no kindness or empathy, especially toward my elderly mother—an absolute disgrace for anyone working in hospitality.

On top of that, the parking situation was terrible, and the staff were utterly inattentive to any guest needs. This hotel has no sense of customer service whatsoever.

Do not waste your money or time staying here. The service is appalling, the staff lack professionalism, and the overall experience was beyond disappointing.
