Schöne gut erreichbare Unterkunft mit solider Zimmerausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal, familiärer Umgang. Alles sehr sauber
Sehr freundlichen Personal in ganzen Haus. Abendessen war Super lecker
Nichts
Cibo e gentilezza.
Letti molto scomodi, bagno piccolissimo e mancanza totale di una hall/spazio comune.
PERSONALE MOLTO DISPONIBILE E GENTILISSIMO
BAGNO UN PO PICCOLO MA NON SI PUO' PRETENDERE NULLA DI PIU
Location is perfect. Very friendly people. Pats are very welcomed. Food is excellent. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and rather spacious with a balcony. Beautiful view over the mountains and the valleys. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful.
The food at the hotel is not up to the money they charge. I asked if there was a problem with me being a vegetarian they said no problem. But instead during the whole 5 days I was there they did not provide an alternative menu for me. Nobody seems to have been in charge of that including the chef. I just had to put up with excluding the meat from my dish and eat grilled vegetables all time because that is there idea of what a vegetarian eats. Even at breakfast they put scrambled eggs together with bacon so I couldn’t access that either.
Breakfast is also not satisfying. No fresh bread to be served, only bread slices for toasting. The coffee is from a machine although they have a bar behind the kitchen with a very good Italian coffee maker.
In all no attention for the customer.
The lady in charge was very nice and gave us a discount when she heard about our dissatisfaction however if you are in charge you have to be more proactive and to have a control of everything is going on in your business.
Perfect location. You are practically on the "Sellaronda", and for inexperienced skiers there are many blue slopes, in front of the hotel and in "Alta Badia".
The hotel is very pleasant, arranged with taste for detail.
Extremely friendly staff who make you feel special.
A varied dinner with the typical Italian attitude to food.
I would have been happy if there were also vegetables for breakfast. They would be especially suitable with the eggs.
My husband and I have stopped here for Pizza's on previous skiing holidays and decided to do so again. This time the weather wasn't so good and we managed to get a table inside which was lovely. The pizza's are the best, and good value too.
It's easy to access from the ski slopes so a lot of ski-iers and walkers visit for lunch.
It is a fairy hotel with very fresh and delicious food, good location and nice staff!
Very nice place to stay. The food was delicious, friendly and helpful staff and very nice location right next to the cable car and Pisciadu waterfall, beautiful view from our room.
A beautiful location with great views in all directions. We enjoyed the half-board experience - the food was very good (breakfast and dinner). The staff were all very friendly and super helpful.
The breakfast and dinner were both very good- heaps of food and very tasty. The location is great, would also be lovely to stay in the winter months.
It would have been nice to have a fridge.
Staff fantastic, facilities great, onsite breakfast and dinner excellent. Parking easily accessible.

Great food, both breakfast and dinner. It feels awesome when you don’t have to choose any food and yet you’re served tasty dishes. We stayed here for 3 night and Dinners were amazing. Room was cozy. Located centrally, all visits to Dolomites with in an hour’s drive. Great value for money.
They could’ve turned on the Heaters. It was June but my wife felt it to be a bit cold. They only have central AC
