Pros:

The curtain rod was never fixed during my 6-day stay. The hole between the shower stall and the toilet should never have been there as it only floods the toilet area causing a safety issue for guests because it makes the floor very slippery. It’s also very inconvenient as I have to change the rug every shower use and it never gets dry even with the rug. They said the hole was there as there is no drain to clean the toilet area. However, that shouldn’t matter because staff still can do a deep clean by using a mop and rags to dry the toilet area.

We had the opportunity to stay at RDT for a month. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They kept the premises and our hotel room clean at all times. A special thank you goes out to the folks that keep the hotel running. They work really hard to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The hotel had both hot and cold water available. An A/C that always worked and room service that's there when you need it.

My only takeaways were:
There was a swimming pool on the premises, but was never available. This would've made it ideal for cooling off during those hot days (which was almost everyday).

Overall a very pleasant experience, and the staff were always there to help when needed. Will definitely be back on our next stay.
