INCROYABLE !!
Pros:

Personnel très attentionné et hôtel très bien situé

Cons:

Rien tout était grandiose. Surtout le Room service et l’accueil à l’arrivée !

Kleines Homestay
Pros:

Kleines Homestay mit sauberen Zimmern und verschiedenen Services (Fahrräder, Roller, Getränke...). Die Kommunikation (wenn der Sohn nicht da ist) funktioniert toll über Google translate. In der Nähe sind viele Lokale und kleine Mini Märkte, man ist aber außerhalb der Stadt.

Cons:

Das es kein Frühstück gab. In der Nähe sind aber genug Lokale bei denen es auch schon Frühstück gibt.

Pros:

The room is bigger than pictures. Convenient and spacious. Receptionist is friendly, helpful. And the bodyguard at night time was so nice to us. Definitely will back here in next trip.

We were only there a short time and didn’t stay overnight. The earlier reviews have had an entirely different experience
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed seemed comfortable

Cons:

When we arrived we were ushered straight in to our room. He didn’t speak English and didn’t tell us where anything was. We felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. As we left there were 3 other people there none of whom spoke any English or made any attempt to welcome us.

Everything was super clean and quiet.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was excellent! Close to amazing restaurants and tourist sights. We liked that reception was avialable all the time in case we needed anything or just wanted recommendations and their English was excellent.

Superb location, excellent staff service and clean hotel! Good location and the hotel staffs were friendly and able to communicate in English which is very important for tourists. Highly recommended :)

Great stay in a nice neighborhood.
Pros:

Great place to stay, central and in a nice neighborhood full of restaurants. Also very close to the Mua Cave.
Room was clean and well equipped with a solid shower, bed and airco.

Cons:

The room we booked was a bit different than the photos that are presented here. We expected it to have a view and way more windows. That was not the case.

Pros:

Liturally, not a single complaint. I loved my time here. The accommodation is lovely, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Close to local food places and bars. The highlight and why I urge people to book is the family who runs the accomdation! Thái their son is a credit to the homestay, acting as a translator between guests and his parents, offering reccomendations and overall being really friendly! His parents vân and trọng made me feel incredibly welcome, and their cooking was amazing. I ended up having beef pho every night! Outstanding family and lovely place. I hope to comeback!!

Cons:

Beef pho was too good I didn't want to eat anywhere else 😋 what a shameeee
