Electric charger was a plus

This hotel was nice when it opened, but now the bedding is getting thin. I’m pretty sure I smelled aftershave on my blanket, so they’re not changing the bedding between stays, which is just gross. I don’t know if I’ll be staying here again.

Everything was perfect. The only challenge was that the dumpster was right outside my window and was collected around 5 am. I had arrived in around 2 so it woke me up at a rather inconvenient time. Otherwise all was great!

Great mid-range hotel concept by Hilton, very thoughtfully executed, with nice attention to detail: all very new and modern with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, extra large flatscreens, lights on dimmers (and well thought-out lighting scheme), clean and modern bathroom. They did not skimp on materials and design. Good climate control in the room and automated blinds and blackout panels. Snacks available 24/7 in the lobby (not a huge perk as selection rather limited). Lavazza coffee was mediocre, unfortunately and undrinkable ) but everything else was fantastic and it felt like some new, quirky, more friendly version of a Hilton with front desk person (Sebastian) who was sort of the captain of the ship, greeting everyone, and finally ssying "call me if you need anything." In fact it was possible to text as well. Salt water pool (indoor) as well, that looked inviting although we didn't try it. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the srea.

Room clean. Did not do laundrry. Ac good

Small room but great overall. Clean, good breakfast, a lot of available snacks for after hours. Lobby had pool table, board games and large TV.

Greatstay

The only complaint I had was the noise and the check in. The guy asked if I had ever stayed in a TRU before and proceeded to tell me that it was the Frat house of Hilton. After stating kindly and playfully that as long as there were no bugs it would be fine for one night. He (hopefully jokingly) stated that no they had taken care of that problem and that bugs shouldn't make their way to the top floor anyways. This interaction made me want to cancel immediately and find another hotel but it was late and we had bee driving all night after work. The room ended up being very clean however, I would suggest bringing your own pillows and maybe some ear buds if noise bothers you.

Staff was very kind!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room, bathroom and bed linens were all immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was decent but would have been nicer with fresh cut fruit.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility. I didn't like that the TV didn't work over half of our stay.

Staff would not issue a zero dollar for my room account receipt

For the past few years, I always choose to stay at this property. It's very convenient to the college, right off the interstate and the rooms are freshly prepared during my stay. The breakfast served is a large various of things to help you start your day. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice, however the linens on the bed were so uncomfortable. They were scratchy and not heavy enough.
We stayed 2 nights and no one came to our room to make the bed or give new towels.

I can excuse a lot of things but bugs aren’t one of them. Roaches. I have pictures and no manager on duty who could do anything. So gross. For $700 for 2 nights that should never happen.

The rooms were awful. The duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases were wrinkled and old. The rooms were small and poorly decorated. There was a horrible amount of noise and not even a bar of soap. Yuck all around.

The person at the check-in desk was very friendly. We really liked that there was a shower only in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was no lamp on the table between the beds.
