Cons:

The computer system was down when I arrived so I didn't get to stay they couldn't find my reservation. So they were supposed to send my money back to my card in 4 business days, and it's been two weeks, and I have received nothing.

Pros:

Was it much to choose from on breakfast? No bananas no milk

Cons:

No water pressure in the shower room was so small kept running into the corners of the bed.Nowhere to hang dollar stuff

Need improvement on hvac and water temp in shower.
Pros:

We had to be moved because the a/c was extremely loud. Next room when showering in the morning was completely empty of conditioner and had no hot water for shower. Very distend of stay.

I would stay here again
Pros:

They had a comfortable bed. The room was clean. They also had a lot of "to buy" items in the "snack" area. The shower pressure was super strong. My husband joked that he did not need to use soap due to the water pressure of the shower.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we usually get but not so small that we could not get around. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room. However, there was coffee always available in the lobby.

Not very accommodating
Pros:

Unhelpful for the special circumstances for our travel party. Needed help accommodating our parking needs. We were told we were ok then told to move.
