Good, suited our needs for a night
Pros:

Good price, nice, clean.

Cons:

No soap, shampoo, or body wash in the containers in the room. Also, the breakfast was very lackluster. Pancake maker was broken, with no alternatives offered.

Overall - fine stay.
Pros:

Easy access to interstate… Personable, welcoming staff. Comfortable room and amenities.

Cons:

Earlier breakfast would be nice… 6am vs 7am! This was our 2nd stay; first time we had to forgo the breakfast in order to keep schedule.

I am true to Tru. This visit did not meet expectations or previous stays.
Pros:

Overall the facility and room were clean. The location was convenient for my travels. The cost was very reasonable.

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Shower water pressure was inadequate. No hair dryer in room.

I checked out of a nearby due to mold, called Tru and they were happy to accommodate me immediately.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Location was perfect for my visit - just an Uber ride away from my event.

Cons:

The computer system was down when I arrived so I didn't get to stay they couldn't find my reservation. So they were supposed to send my money back to my card in 4 business days, and it's been two weeks, and I have received nothing.

Pros:

Was it much to choose from on breakfast? No bananas no milk

No water pressure in the shower room was so small kept running into the corners of the bed.Nowhere to hang dollar stuff

Need improvement on hvac and water temp in shower.
Pros:

We had to be moved because the a/c was extremely loud. Next room when showering in the morning was completely empty of conditioner and had no hot water for shower. Very distend of stay.

Smelly 3rd floor
Pros:

This hotel was very quiet, which I really appreciated. However, I do have three complaints.

First, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain.

Second, on the third floor, as soon as the elevator doors opened, there was a horrible smell. It smelled like dirty underarms or dirty socks. The smell was absolutely putrid.

Third, my Sea Breeze leaked out inside the bag. I set the bag on the laminate floor, and some of the liquid leaked onto the floor. I used one of the round pads that I use on my face to wipe it up, and the pad came up black. The floors were nasty and clearly had not been cleaned properly.

I would stay here again
Pros:

They had a comfortable bed. The room was clean. They also had a lot of "to buy" items in the "snack" area. The shower pressure was super strong. My husband joked that he did not need to use soap due to the water pressure of the shower.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we usually get but not so small that we could not get around. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room. However, there was coffee always available in the lobby.
