Atendimento lamentável da equipe da recepção

Péssimo atendimento da equipe da recepção, ocorreu um acidente com minha mãe no banheiro, com uma queda na banheira causando a fratura do braço da minha mãe e em nenhum momento a equipe que estava presente na recepção acompanhou ou mesmo tentou ajudar os familiares a socorrer minha mãe de dentro do banheiro, muito menos quando a equipe do SAMU chegou para o resgate. Realmente lamentável a atitude dos funcionários para lhe dar em situações de emergência, espero que nunca mais ocorra um acidente no hotel ou mesmo uma emergência, pois os hóspedes não serão socorridos com brevidade que se espera, lamentavelmente.

Localização excelente e ambiente acolhedor.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, próximo de todos os pontos turísticos. O calçadão, local onde encontra-se a maioria dos restaurantes fica a uma quadra do hotel. Funcionários solicitos e prestativos. Café bom.
Apartamento amplo e arejado. Chuveiro excelente.
