Great overall, just some minor inconveniences. Easily fixed through maintenance and extra coaching

This location is ideal as it is near the airport. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I was accidentally charged at the location for the room. I paid online and when the clerk said that was just a hold on my card, I paid again at the desk. I double-checked and pulled up my receipt to show I paid in full online, and he reversed the charge from the location. Unfortunately, it is a holiday weekend, so I will be inconvenienced with a lack of funds until Monday.
When I arrived at my room, the TV didn't function, so I was promptly moved to a different room.
In the morning, I chose to sleep a little more after breakfast and placed the sign on my door refusing room service. The employee ignored the sign, knocked, and then began to enter after I said to hold on a moment so I could get dressed. Good thing I had the security bar on, otherwise she may have seen more than she bargained for.

Overall it was great for a quick one night stay.
Pros:

Staff was super kind and helpful. We had problems with our reservation and they were very kind while working it out.

Cons:

The breakfast is very simple and not very good. Not many options.

Love the rooms and staff.
Pros:

Rooms were great.

Cons:

There were two charging stations. One was not in operation and the other was not user friendly to be nice. We charged at a local gas station with a Fast Charger. All of our reservations in the future will depend upon access to convenient, onsite, EV Charging. We just traveled 1900 miles in our EV this trip.

A little pricey, but pretty good otherwise.
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill Suites. Staff were all very friendly. The room was very nice, shower had plenty of water pressure, bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was probably the fastest we've ever seen in any hotel. The hotel seems to be in a very nice area, close to many restaurants and an outdoor shopping mall. We were going to a show at the Funny Bone comedy club about 1/2 mile away....if the weather had been warmer we probably would have walked there. Only reason we went 4 stars was we thought the price point for the room was a bit high, and the breakfast was a little less than stellar....bread items were stale, bananas too green to eat, and the coffee was not good. We would probably stay there again if we were returning to the area.
