Very clean room, well laid out and great value. Staff was very nice.
Make sure the breakfast is available until 0930. We arrived at 0910 and no hot food was available, only cereal and bagels. We made sure to get up and get to the breakfast before 0930 and no hot food was a disappointment. It was the only disappointment in a great trip.

Pool was out of commission
We reserved a room at your facility for our grandchildren so they could swim. We arrived and asked about the pool but were told it was closed. We were super frustrated about that. Secondly we had a reservation for 6 people in our room and they gave us 4 towels. I would think a minimum of 6 would be there but nope, 4 towels. Could have saved money and got a cheaper hotel with no pool but reserved with you. They could have called us and told us so we had the option but I never heard anything. One more thing. Our sheets didn't fit the bed so sheets all rolled up all night. It was very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and good location. Only thing was the body wash and conditioner were out and needed to be refilled.

We love this hotel, but the did not give us connecting rooms, although the said it was connecting
The General Manager of those hotel (Aaron) is condescending, rude, and discriminating. He never apologized for inconveniencing me or talking to me like I was one of his employees. When I told him I won’t stay there in the future, he literally responded with, “Okay.” I have worked in customer service my entire life and I learned early on when a customer says they will take their business elsewhere, you do everything in your power to keep that from happening. Customer retention is the number one priority in customer service. How this guy became manager is anyone’s guess, but here’s something you don’t have to guess about: pick a different hotel. Because if you pick this one and have to talk to the manager about anything, you will see you had been better off sleeping in your car.
The property was clean and very comfortable. The beds were awesome. The staff was great friendly and helpful!
