Pros:

Right on the beach. Terrific pool. Huge bed & good pillows. Good air-conditioning. Lovely staff. We relaxed by the beach all day.

Cons:

Very noisy room. Literally on the road side. The room has its wall against the footpath/road. Its only one main road thru town and the room shakes from all the traffic. The photo attached shows you glass tiles, thats the bathroom and beside it a bamboo door, thats the bedroom wall.
Very expensive considering there's no safe, tv, kettle, shampoo. Only cold water in the basins. No sheet change and we had to ask for the towels to be changed because they hung them back up for us to use again. This was the most money we spent on a hotel in Mexico out of 6 hotels.
We booked this hotel because it had carparking. Luckily Alberto let us park in the driveway after 3 different staff said we couldn't. I assume the parking used to be next door but now there is construction site.
This said, I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice location with friendly people, but overpriced.
Pros:

Just next to the outstanding beach. Check in was very easy. We booked the superior room directly to the beach. Room and bathroom pretty large and well designed. Air-conditioning works good. Beach is huge with few people. Some services available like whale watching. No music on the beach.

Cons:

Menu for breakfast and lunch and dinner quite limited.
After a power disruption, the Internet in our room was completely down. We stayed another three days, but nobody cared. The owner realized that it does not work, but did not offer any help. Strange. But when it came to payment he became very interested in every detail.

Nice beach hotel but rooms needs work
Pros:

Location is great, beach is amazing, staff is great. 15 min walk from mazunte but plenty of stuff around and the best beach / swimmable water right in front. Really nice these inflatable beds for chilling.

Cons:

The bed was really bad. It was like laying in big holes. Also airco should not point at the bed. It was either to hot or too cold. In the morning, it was noisy from 7-8ish. Did not sleep good. For this price i expected better. Owner should take action, staff was doing all they can.

It is right on the beach so the setting is wonderful. It’s also very quiet and chill. There’s a pool for dipping and a bar and comfortable lounging in the shade.

There is construction next-door, but you don’t really hear it because of the sound of the ocean

Cons:

Staff did not seem to want to do anything. The bar was never open, I couldn’t even get a coffee in the morning. Someone has decided it’s a good idea to put inflatable mattresses on the sun loungers with bed sheets… looks terrible and dirty in the morning. My bedroom was big and clean with a huge bathroom - shame the bathroom window looked into a storage cupboard and I could hear everything from my bedroom from outside.
