Good location & comfortable stay in Spring.
Pros:

Clean and relatively new. Comfortable bed linens & pillows. Good housekeeping. Really liked the morning coffee brew.

Very disappointed in this stay. Staff was not helpful or accommodating.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

We arrived after dark. The front desk let us in and checked us in. She never smiled or welcomed us. The sink and bathtub was stopped up. The water was brown. According to the front desk, there was construction in the area that may be causing it. We were unable to shower or brush teeth.
We had to check out at 6:15 and no breakfast was available.
