It definitely became one of the best hotels I’ve been to, as a solo traveller.
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was close to the Köln station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also offered coffee and tea for free and had a 24/7 water refill station. The room was very clean and cute. It had everything I needed for my stay.

Tolle Lage und angenehmes Hotel mit aussergewöhnlichen Mitarbeiern.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter Florian und Simon waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, besonders bei der Lösung eines Buchungsproblems meinerseits. Alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir waren zusammen mit unseren Freunden aus New York/New Jersey besonders begeistert von dem Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Een leuk hotel, vlakbij het station en de Dom met een ruime parkeergarage. Goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Het was een heerlijk ontbijt, de kamer had een fantastische douche en bed en het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het schoonmaken van de kamer op verzoek vind ik een mooi punt!

Cons:

Ik lag tegen het spoor aan en dan zijn de kamers niet geluiddicht helaas.
Dat was voor mij wel een klein minpuntje omdat het bijna de hele nacht doorging.

Für eine kurze Zeit mit wenig Aufenthalt im Haus war es ok
Pros:

Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage perfekt und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof birgt leider Lautstärke. Aber , die Fenster haben einiges abgehalten. Nur Lüften ging nicht. Die Kopfkissen waren furchtbar hart und die Beleuchtung eine Katastrophe. Das Nachtlämpchen ging nur bei voller Beleuchtung an und die andere Seite vom Bett hatte gar keine Lichtschalter. Auch kein Leselämpchen. Armselig ist das. Schade war, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde, denn das Bad war, dank der schrägen Duschkopfanbringung leicht überschwemmt.

Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Bad war super , genug Platz.
Ausserdem gab es rund um die Uhr kostenlos Wasser. Kaffee und Tee zu gewissen Zeiten kostenlos.
