Clean, basic, simple for what was needed. Close to American Village and one of the base gates (we walked to both). Many eateries close by as well. Would recommend it for anyone on a budget.

Pros:

隣がコメダ珈琲だったのでモーニング食べにいけれました。大きな道路沿いなので、チェーン店のお店は万遍なくあります。

スリッパがビニールのつま先まであるタイプなので、お風呂上がりはビシャビシャになるので、スリッパは用意した方が良いと思います。

大きな冷蔵庫と電子レンジもあるので必要な方には良いかも。

小さい丸テーブルしかないので、ベット横にサイドテーブルとか、もう一つテーブルがあれば便利。
お部屋広いのでスーツケースは広げやすい。

フックがないので、タオルをかける所が一才ない。
ハンガーは2個。

タオルの替えはレセプションにあるはずですが、閉錠される23時にどうやら撤収するようで、それ以降に戻ったので、タオルが替えれませんでした。お部屋にはバスタオル2枚、小さいタオル2枚は入っております。

The hotel seems new, there are many places to eat within walking distance.
They charge ¥1000 per day to park, you have to pay for maids, there are washer/dryer for a few ¥100s
No staff between 22:00-15:00
Refrigerator and microwave, coffe pot stopped working afte 2 days.
