DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences

To be honest I can’t say anything bad at the hotel. All of us were really happy with everything. Rooms were always clean every day because the staff took care of them every day. We took HB option - breakfast and dinner were different everyday and there were so many things so you didn’t know what to pick and of course they were tasty. What I have to mention too is the great receptionist Yassine - he is a great and really nice guy who helped us with everything. Every question or struggle was made out immediately. Also best regards to the best lifeguard Hubeib! We travelled now in december for christmas and we couldn’t believe that hotel organised such a great christmas eve with a santa and presents too! So if you think about going here I would reccomend it in 100%!

It was a very pleasant stay. We got a room from manisha. She is helping in nature. Rooms nd swimming pool was very well maintained.

Perfect stay. Loved the thoughtful decor and excellent team that is ever ready to help.

All the staff were excellent but a special callout for binita and Emily.

Hotel is beautiful and dinner was absolutely sensational so much selection and quality food. In particular I would like to mention Prakriti, Tara and Pai from dinner and breakfast who were so kind and attentive and were lovely to talk to.

Hilton Double tree has been the best place to stay. Great hospitality, empathetic staff, courteous service with a smile always.

Florence & Benita deserve a mention for taking such good care of us and keeping us smiling and positive at all times.

Stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions. Overall, it is an excellent property in a great location, with a mall, metro station, and several restaurants within close proximity and just a few minutes’ walk. The overall experience and service have been very good.

Special Mention:
Shiam and Bilal from the housekeeping team deserve special appreciation. They were extremely patient and accommodating, especially as we repeatedly requested delayed room cleaning due to back-to-back office meetings. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and their service was impeccable. Despite being quite young, they demonstrated a level of professionalism that exceeds many with years of experience in similar roles.

Area of Concern:
Unfortunately, our experience with a Care Service team member named Rose was disappointing. She was extremely rude and lacked basic professionalism and hospitality. We had requested a late check-out until 4:00 pm due to a midnight flight. The reception staff courteously approved a late check-out until 2:00 pm and advised us to check again later for availability. When I contacted Care Services, Rose answered the call and was consistently rude, refused to transfer the call to reception, and offered no assistance.

The incident has been shared in detail with the hotel manager, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure such unprofessional behaviour is not repeated.

Double tree keeps its standards. Extensive variety at breakfast, spacious rooms. All personnel is polite and Swalih at the reception was very helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in the modern and luxurious hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Burjuman, staying on the apartment side. The experience was smooth from start to finish — spacious rooms, a great breakfast selection, and of course the signature warm cookies at the front desk. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Lydia, whose warm and thoughtful service truly stood out. Overall, a comfortable and highly enjoyable stay.

It was very good .. in recent past the quality of toiletries provided are very poor. No quality standards and detoriation of items like dental kit etc. However propery is very good and located in right place

Manisha found me a room at 5:30am - tired from a long flight I pitched up earlier than expected. She did this without a blink and a smile!

Stay was so exceptional. Amazing services form each and everyone. Tarik at reception is trendily and supportive I will surely come back with my family because of the hotel service. Room and breakfast were so good too

‘Twas an awesome experience staying at this hotel for a week. The staffs, like Omar, are very friendly and accommodating.

More than that, I enjoyed the breakfast foods and complimentary cookies.
