They rejected the booking and did not tell us in advance. In the cold winter of Delhi, I had to go in person with my family waiting and find out that the reservation was canceled.

A cozy hotel
Pros:

My six-day stay was very comfortable.

The housekeeper left a lovely message on my bed, and the woman in the cafeteria was always smiling and kind when I ordered black coffee almost every day.

All the staff at this hotel are incredibly kind.

They occasionally called my room to let me know if I had any inconveniences or needed any assistance during my stay.

I am filled with gratitude for their exceptional hospitality.

You can enjoy a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I'm a vegetarian, and there was a wide variety of delicious vegetarian dishes and sweets.

The door to my room, 417, was difficult to open, and a staff member in the hallway helped me open it several times.

Pros:

I stay in this hotel every year for a week and I always have a great time here. Room was good spacious, breakfast was delicious and team at reception is attentive.

Cons:

Everything was good except the lift that was giving a little trouble to everyone.
