Stayed 29 Aug 2026 for a night.
Well located facility astride with easy approaches to Delhi & Up West.
Tidy n neat interiors. An ambient Skygrill Bar and well laid out buffet restaurant. Food is of innumerable variety and deliciously palatable.
Gym is well equipped. Swim pool on rooftop is picturesque.
Spacious underground car parking.
Metro stations to Delhi and Meerut are in 1-4 km vicinity.
Restaurant staff are courteously committed. But Housekeeping is more than Excellent - true hospitality sense especially one Mr Manish who is always smiling and well mannered
However, eyesore is Managerial ranks - especially the Day Front Office Manager (reception) who is of dry disposition with one syllable replies without exchanging pleasantries - need to learn the real meaning of hospitality business (It's based on Purely my personal experience - not influencing narrative).
However, the tele-booking manager is an exception who helps out so sincerely with tele calls of guests for advance bookings.
I grade the facility 4 star in standards.

Great facility and infrastructure, well located on main road with easy approach to Delhi & West UP.
Good rooftop swim pool. Gym has all fitness equipment. Hygiene is of world standard. Ambience is good. Spacious underground car parking with well mannered valet staff. Bell captain is highly courteous and helpful.
Somehow tele resrvation person is an exception for she has been extremely helpful to callers.
However, managerial staff got to learn the true meaning of hospitality business instead of being curt and one syllable replies. The front office manager of 1800 hours of 29 Aug 2026 is a dry mannered person.
However, barman, restaurant staff are excellent. Outstanding hospitality sense in House Keeping Staff - especially Manish who leaves no stone unturned towards sincerity.
Food variety is abundant and sumptuous.
Overall, a 3.5 star I grade vis a vis other branches of Radisson.

Wow what an great stay, we are from Delhi tigers group. We stay here almost for one months, during this period stay were absolutely amazing n room cleaning very good, good all arangments and Manoj shivam from housekeeping did a good job take care of our daily room supplies , made our saty perfectly and memorable.. thank you for everything

Room cleanliness not up-to the mark when we checked in ( used slippers and hair stands at several places) , this was biggest let down during our stay, not expected from generally a 5 star hotel.
Room size is definitely little small ( felt slightly congested) and couch is not comfortable
Some breakfast staff were exceptional and very polite and seasoned, but some felt like trainees that need little more training in tasks that they were handling.
I am visiting in Radisson Blu tower Kaushambi room is nice cleaning and stay is comfortable and housekeeping staff is very helpful Mr Sachin and Mr. Heera hotel view is nice and great location in gaziabad thanks for our room take care
