Pros:

Workers was nice

Cons:

My bedding had stains on the linen and pillows, I told the housekeeper that was cleaning the floor she said she was off and was called to clean 1 room but would bring me new bedding but she never came and the bedding was still stained.

I enjoyed my stay here and I will return.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The inside pool was enjoyable for myself as well as my 4yr old son. Breakfast had different options to choose from rather you were taking it to go, or dining in to eat. Food choices ranged from fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, eggs, grits and waffles, Beverages were Coffee, orange, apple, and cranberry juice, along with milk & water. The lobby area was nice to sit and relax, as well as the lounge area outside of the pool room.

No complaints.

Expensive Hotel for a small town.
Pros:

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, Everything was clean. Great Size shower

Cons:

They say checkout is noon, my key card stopped working after 11 am. I was trying transport my things down to the car a bit after 11am and I had to ask the cleaning lady to let me back into the room when I came up with the luggage cart. For a small town like Kinston I thought the room was very expensive, but all the other locations I looked at online in the Kinston area had too many negative reviews so no other choice.

Loved Gabrielle, she was professional, sweet, and funny. What a gem.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast. I had to ask for yogurt and milk. Ran out of coffee.

My stay was EXCELLENT!!
Pros:

Everything from check-in to checkout. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was great and every staff member I encountered provided excellent service. I believe Gabriel helped me with checkout and it was very easy. I'll stay there again and would recommend the Fairfield (Marriott Bonvoy), to anyone looking for that type information.

Cons:

In my mind, there was nothing wrong at all.
