Visitare Verona in tranquillità
Pros:

Struttura nuovissima posizionata in zona residenziale a un quarto d'ora di passeggiata dal centro, dotata di posto auto in cortile e ben organizzata.
Camera e bagno nuovi e ben arredati.
Colazione ben fornita e disponibile già dalle 7.30 nella saletta interna o in veranda.
Personale gentile, bollitore con tè e caffè sempre a disposizione degli ospiti nella sala comune.

Pros:

Nice and newly renovated house with 4 apartments and with parking on premises which is great

Cons:

A bit far from the old center of town. Some smaller details eg missing wine glasses (fixed to second day) loose door handle to apartment, mildew in ac (quite normal but still not great)

Pros:

The place was very pleasant, fresh, modern, clean, and located in a nice neighborhood. It's a bit of a walk from the city center - about 20–25 minutes - so it's good to be aware of that before booking. The breakfast was simple but really tasty!

Cons:

I had a room with a balcony, which was empty, so it would have been nice to have some balcony furniture like a table and chairs to be able to sit outside and enjoy it. The terrace didn’t look like the pictures; there were only a few pieces of furniture and it wasn’t decorated as shown. The air conditioning cooled the room well but made strange noises that woke both me and my travel companions several times during the night. Despite these things, the overall impression of the place was still positive!

Vrlo ugodno.
Pros:

Objekt se nalazi vrlo blizu samog središta grada. Sve je bilo uredno i čisto. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno.

Cons:

Odsjeli smo u apartmanu koji nije imao neke sitnice u kuhinji: krpe za brisanje posuđa, set noževa za rezanje pri kuhanju, možda da domaćin ostavi pokoju zdjelu za žitne/zobene pahuljice, veću šalicu za čaj/mlijeko. Bilo bi zgodno da se uključi kakav manji usisavać. Uglavnom sitnice. Prije bih ovo naveo kao sugestije nego kritiku.

Pros:

La possibilità di parcheggio, la vicinanza col centro storico.
Qualità/Prezzo

Cons:

Già più volte ho soggiornato in questa struttura senza problemi, anzi più che soddisfatto.
Questa volta ho preso ľalloggio su due livelli e ho trovato il livello sottotetto freddo con il riscaldamento spento e un lucernario semi aperto, non un'ottima accoglienza a dicembre....
Lo staff era in orario di reperibilità per fortuna e ha provveduto a risolvere con cortesia.

Comunque ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze e se avessi bisogno tornerò sicuramente.
