Only common balcony view
No AC, stayed in mid July with direct sunlight afternoon and room heated from sun, no curtains pulled and only two small table fans provided. Request for big fan or additional fan for proper air circulation was denied. Young kids had extremely tough time as landed straight from the airport to the hotel room. It got better at night.
We found this place as extremely overpriced (USD 550 per night), hesitation was highly evident if extra coffee (breakfast buffet) or hand towel or fan asked. Seems the hospitality mindset was missing and only money making intent.
If not hot and not peak season ($) then it may work, otherwise not recommended.
A great apartment for a group of 6. Very nice view and a peaceful place to relax.

Заселение это был маленький квест.Мы приехали очень позно.Хозяин все обяснил по Ватсапу где забрать ключи.Нам все очень понравилось. Номер очень просторный и прекрасный .Тихий район .Кондиционер работал в прихожей и в комнатах было прохладно и не слышно звука от кондиционера не смотря на очень жаркую погоду.Спасибо большое за напитки в холодильнике.Разные соки лимонад воду и фрукты.Очень удобные кровати и прекрасное белье..Чистота на высшем уровне.Нам все очень понравилось. Понорама из окна просто сказка..Спасибо большое за прекрасное гостеприимство.

Good location, close to the train station, restaurants and the lake.
Access to a decent gym close by.

Badly soundproofed doors and windows.
The bed was way too soft for me.
There's a coffee machine on the floor, which technically is a cool thing. But people didn't care that it was in the middle of the night, when they felt like drinking coffee.
The machine is quite loud and I did not enjoy at all being woken up several times due to respectless people.
Considering the price per night I don't imagine I'd come back.
The lake view. However, the terrace is not private. So actually you won’t be able to enjoy it.
The breakfast was so disappointing. It was not buffet style. They gave us only two slices of meat for each person. They serve breakfast from 7am. If you have to leave early, the staff will only pack one bread and a cup of coffee for you. Hey, remember how much you charged us for breakfast? We understand you might not be able to pack everything for us but if you could try your best to pack as much as you can, we won’t complain anything. Please be nice to your customer next time if they want to pack breakfast instead of being so grumpy! This hotel do not provide air conditioners. The worst thing is you cannot leave the window open or door open during night because anyone could walk into your room easily… Also, the bathroom is so small that you could not breath when you are taking bath. Overall, very bad experience especially considering the price. Overpriced a lot!
Lovely, clean room. Shared terrace overlooking the lake and mountains was incredible.
One window was locked and wouldn't open, making it challenging to circulate air and sleep comfortably on hot nights.
