Location da valorizzare anche nei periodi di bassa stagione con servizi all'altezza...!
Pros:

Colazione soddisfacente rispetto al livello della struttura. Posizione in una zona tranquilla e abbastanza agevole da raggiungere.

Cons:

Bevande calde comprese solo quelle della macchinetta... da evitare! Pagamento extra anche per un semplice caffè...!

Dirty, damaged jacuzzi, foul smell, no good food

The location is good with water view

Cons:

The main reason for booking this property was for relaxing in the jacuzzi. The first thing was the foul smell of the volcano when reached at the property.then the jacuzzi was damaged, dirty, had leaking water and didn’t work at all. Waste of money on that. Lastly the restaurant didn’t have much of food options and at breakfast as well there was no egg and when asked for it we were told we have to pay. The staff and the food not that good. Avoid this place

Ho molto gradito il personale del ristorante, sempre gentile e disponibile. Il cibo era buonissimo e di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Purtroppo non sono rimasta soddisfatta di un aspetto importante: ho scelto questo albergo perché sulla descrizione era indicata la presenza della navetta per l’aeroporto. Tuttavia, alla reception mi è stato detto che il servizio non era disponibile e ho dovuto prendere un taxi, il cui costo è stato davvero esagerato.

Ottima soluzione con parcheggio gratuito
Pros:

Tappa quasi fissa se devo andare a Napoli, a soli 20 minuti di auto dalla città, vista meravigliosa sul mare a picco, parcheggio gratuito, ottima colazione, camere familiari per 4 ottima, larga e spaziosa.
Colazione con prodotti locali varia e con vista sul mare!

Colazione ottima e molto abbondante, servita su una terrazza davvero spettacolare.
Staff cordialissimo, predisposto all’ascolto e sempre pronto a essere presente e disponibile.
Stanza molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, con letto comodissimo.

Cons:

Pensavamo di aver prenotato una Junior Suite con terrazza vista mare, elemento determinante nella scelta. In realtà la camera aveva vista cortile.
Considerato il prezzo pagato, la vista mare era il minimo: se lo avessimo saputo, avremmo scelto una camera classica vista mare, risparmiando sensibilmente.
Questa discrepanza ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva.
