Pros:

Loved that our taxi driver drove us up the mountain to view the volcano. Food was excellent as was the coffee. Staff was exceptionally nice, spoke good English and so helpful with any questions we had,

Cons:

Nothing, we loved the entire hotel.

We will never come again
Pros:

Nothing !! This is not a four star hotel at all
The reception was very kind

Cons:

No four star hotel !!
Not finished the renovation and the rooms have not the quality of four stars
We have only on set of towels
the window of the room looks in the backside of the hotel and we have the view to the garbage

Great view average hotel, with good polite staff.

Cons:

Basically told me that my reservation for the week of the 8th of June would have been modify for the 22nd of June but that was only a strategy to get me in the hotel because they still charge me and had me pay again for the room.
