Excelente y ubicación. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Cómodo y limpio.

Ubicación. Atención del personal. Limpieza. Camas cómodas. Ropa blanca buena. Tener frigobar y jarra eléctrica para tomar un té o cafe en la habitación. Sin ruidos.

Baño un poco pequeño y antiguo.

Pros:

Gostamos da atenção dos empregados, especialmente do Tiago. Café da manhã é correto. Produtos frescos e fartos, com variedade. Café da manhã, muito bom. Localização apropriada para quem utiliza o aeroporto Heathrow. É possível alcançar a maioria dos pontos turísticos com a linha de trem Elisabeth Line. Muitos locais para comer ao redor.

Cons:

Não gostamos das camas. Colchão afundava. Colchão estreito. Chuveiro com pouca pressão da água. Sem isolamento acústico. Escuta se perfeitamente os outros hóspedes.

Pros:

Un dels recepcionistes, en Thiago un 100 sobre 10. Una persona encantadora i servicial. Només per ell l'hotel val la pena l'estada a l'hotel. Sempre atent per qualsevol cosa. Ens va ajudar a tot el que vam necessitar. La situació és molt bona, a un cop de metro del centre (el metro està a 5' caminant del hotel).

Cons:

L'habitació que ens van donar el primer dia els llit de "matrimoni" era molt petit i molt tou. Tant jo com la meva parella quèiem pels costats i no vam poder dormir. La TV tampoc funcionava. Per sort en Thiago ens va poder canviar d'habitació i vam poder descansar les següents nits.
