My stay was good but could have been better- if improvised

Cons:

Staff lacked in communication and were not deliberate in providing assistance. Specially bar and restaurant staff. Spa was not ready for walk- ins even being a hotel spa in India unlike the stand alone spas available around.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The overall ambience was peaceful, and the service made the experience even better. A great place to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others!
Prashanti was really helpful from the time of reservation to the exit... It was all hassle free which i really appreciate

It was worth every money to stay at the Gurugram Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Bedding quality was excellent, especially pillows;
Food quality was excellent;
Staff was hospitable, and went an extra mile to make everyone comfortable;
Best Holiday Inn I have stayed in, and most value for money.
Airport hotel transport / shuttle was convenient and affordable.

Cons:

The showers were badly designed and constructed, with flow of water away from drain point, filling and overflowing out of the shower; the showers need to be corrected as I spent most time cleaning up the overflow.
