Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Flexibilität um ein Frühstück für unterwegs zu bekommen. Bei Fragen war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hat man wenig Personal gesehen und wurde nicht wirklich gefragt ob man etwas zu trinken möchte. Leider war der Pool auch nicht offen. Das Sofabett ist sehr hart.

Overall a very bad experience starting from rude front desk to a bad unclean room then bathroom sink

location very far off but breakfast was good

Cons:

Firstly the front desk staff was rude and our 2 rooms were on different floor .The hotel was over crowded with uncontrolled school students , who were pushing guests in elevators. Then our other 2 days stay from 10 to 12th February was canceled despite called hotel in the evening that we are running late on road trip back to Haridwar.

I had unusual check-in and check-out time and the hotel was not flexible at all for early check-in or late check-out options. For a stay of less than 24 hours, I paid for 2 nights and changed 2 rooms. It could have been avoided through better communication if they tried to listen before saying no, it’s not possible for everything. Additionally, the hallway leading to the room was very dusty and dirty. The room itself, it was very basic and not up to the standard I thought it would be. As a result, I cancelled all the following bookings I had at this hotel. It’s also very far from the airport and city centre.

Cons:

Room was very dirty the dirt was clearly visible at corner bed sheets had lipstick spots and then changed my room and that room also was very untidy and with broken sofa bed had a very disappointing experience with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom had stains, the bedsheets did not feel fresh, and there was visible dust in several areas. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation from any hotel, and unfortunately, this property failed in that regard. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their housekeeping standards.and front staff was also not very helpful during check in
