Space and organisation in the room
My room communicated with another room through a locked door. Not great option for comfort, noise and safety.
No fitness centre.
I am a local..
It was a pleasant surprice to find such value for money in Cape Town.
Good location in CBD, Very professional staff with excellent spacious rooms.
Good view from the rooftop bar to enjoy the sun closing the day behind Table Mountain.
It is not a Sun or Taj. But I will rather spend my money in Cape Town on all the other tourist attraction than a over priced hotel Room
Don't skip this hotel!
Not Discovering it years ago!!
Grande chambre, une grande terrasse avec un banc pour se reposer
L’absence de suspend dans la salle de douche, très petite, mal éclairer au niveau du miroir, absence de prises à côté du lit mais prises usb pour charger son téléphone
Welcoming In the reception was very good and alll of the staff team was willing to help each and every time when you ask something and food was 10/10 as same as break fast I really enjoy my stay at the hotel I can recommend to anyone thanks
My room was very clean and neat
It could be better. Needs a bit more variety.
STAY AWAY!!! By far the worst accommodations I’ve experienced. Exotica should not book people here. The smell was bad. Roaches in the room. The room was old and out dated. The area is not safe and very noisy at night. My father was robbed just two blocks from the hotel while we were out sightseeing. I did not sleep at all because I felt so uncomfortable
Had a fantastic stay and well welcome from the staff
Lovely place and clean
Friendly team and environment.
Staff were amazing, especially Luke on reception and Sam on roof bar.
First night we were booked into a very small economy room, air con didnt work efficiently. We mentioned this to reception (luke) who arranged for a room change the second night. Much better. Good sleep and everything was great
They will do everything in their power to give you something that you didn't pay for. DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a double room, 35sqm big, they gave me a 15sqm broom closet. And made as if I was ridiculous to ask for something bigger. The room couldn't accommodate a twin room - I was travelling with a sibling we were not going to share a bed, or a room that was so small you couldn't even open your luggage in it. When I wanted to leave, the manipulated me to take a room that they actually did have that was bigger than what they offered, but again it wasn't a twin room, it had been recently varnished, and was ultimately NOT FIT for habitation - the VOC's that were being released causing massive headaches. So we left. they decided to not refund us the remainder of our trip. The roof bar is a terrible joke, so are the rest of the amenities. Stay away, give your money to a place that actually looks after the guest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The location was so convenient and enjoyed the breakfast too
