Each apartment has only 1 pet (dog or cat);

Four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 24 in tall and a maximum of 25kg);

The person responsible for the pet must present the updated vaccination card;

The permanence of pets is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the hotel's elevators and social areas, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags for transport;

Please note that the price for a pet is R$ 70,00.

The cleaning of residues is the owner's responsibility;

In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged from the person responsible for maintenance of the damaged furniture;

Tive um contratempo no quarto, problema com o banheiro, mas entrei em contato com a recepção, que prontamente me atendeu, e me direcionou para outro quarto, tudo certo, nada que desabone a estadia, a hospedagem. Mais uma vez , o rapaz da recepção foi sensacional.
