We have the following policies for receiving your pet friend:

Each apartment has only 1 pet (dog or cat);

Four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 24 in tall and a maximum of 25kg);

The person responsible for the pet must present the updated vaccination card;

The permanence of pets is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the hotel's elevators and social areas, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags for transport;

Please note that the price for a pet is R$ 70,00.

The cleaning of residues is the owner's responsibility;

In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged from the person responsible for maintenance of the damaged furniture;

The person responsible for the pet must complete the liability waiver upon check-in.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Localização bem central, custo benefício bom e ótimo atendimento. Tem um ponto da Linha Turismo (Shopping 24 horas) a 6 minutos a pé do hotel. A estação rodoferroviária para quem vai a Morretes de trem também fica próxima. Tem muitos restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Deixamos as malas no hotel por alguns dias durante nossa estada na Ilha do Mel. Levamos só mochilas.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, mas atendeu. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. A porta do quarto 1004 estava travando. A porta do box não fechava direito e molhava o chão. O suporte do chuveirinho estava rachado. Mas isso não chegou a comprometer a estadia.

Localização muito boa. Café da manhã excelente, todos os itens com muita qualidade, xícaras quentes para o café são um diferencial. Funcionários muito solícitos, principalmente do café.
