Bad business, bad property, never stay with OYO.

When I arrived the office was closed with a note saying to go to another office, which after some searching, I learned was the hotel next door. No one was in that office either. A guy in a tank top smoking a cigarette approached me outside and told me there were no rooms available. When I told him I had a reservation he said the reservation hosting site doesn't communicate with them and he didn't know what to tell me. I restarted my search for a room and finally made it to a disgusting hotel across the street that dramatically overcharged me. Horrible experience, will NEVER stay with OYO again.

Front desk is a very sweet person. Room & bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable.

Did not stay there they were overbooked got turned away I will not book there again 😡

We were told they were overbooked and they had no rooms for us I will never book there again my son and grandson stayed there they said no refrigerator in room or microwave
