We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place, especially the hotel staff who were extremely courteous.
Pros:

The serve ones self breakfast was certainly adequate. Items to choose from included scrambled egg, an egg dish similar to a quiche, breakfast sausages, bacon, bread and bagels (which you could toast if you wanted to do so), butter, cream cheese, jams, waffles, various sliced fresh fruits, fresh yogurt (plus dried cranberries, raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,and walnut pieces which could be added to it), cooked oatmeal (plus brown sugar to be added to it), fresh fruits (bananas, mandarins, apples), plus coffee, decaf coffee, tea, water, and fruit juice. The other part of our stay was the time spent relaxing in the hotel's indoor pool and hot tub. If we had been more energetic we could have easily spent time in the workout exercise gym room facility which was located very near the indoor pool but what we were really looking forward to was simply "turning off the world" and resting for a couple of days. We did just that and really appreciated the quiet.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment (and really the only disappointment for us) was that the hotel was not located close to the lake (as we had seen in the advertisement when we did our online research prior to booking our hotel stay). We were mainly looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life (running here or there to stick to some kind of predetermined schedule) and we did find that in our stay at Hyatt Place. If the hotel had actually been located close to the lake it would have been even more what we had been looking forward to experiencing. Even going directly to the hotel's website we notice that the photo which appears does not represent what we found when we arrived at the hotel to check in.

I didn’t use any services other than check in. I stayed 2 nights but didn’t use housekeeping. It was in an easy location to find but a very noisy area. Room was comfortable

Cons:

Location was on a very busy road. Windows didn’t seem to keep traffic noise out. Windows didn’t open for any fresh air. They charge for breakfast now instead of including it with your stay. I wouldn’t stay there again.
