Pros:

The staff were incredible. Georgia at the front desk stood out and went way beyond to make my stay comfortable. Hyatt Kelowna is a hidden gem.

Cons:

Hidden fees. Booked o line for just over $600 and after confirmation went up to $780.
Very small.parking stalls that apparently cost money to park in? If you pay for a hotel, parking should be included.
Was looking through movies, and followed instructions, next thing I know .movie is ordered.
Rooftop patio is falling apart. Cracked and sinking tiles. Was out of several items and forgot our food then it took over half an hour for a fried app when nobody was there.
Cleaners entered our room without knocking. The room pictures of what I booked weren't at all what we got.
No bath only shower, no robes, and no kitchenette. Disappointing.

The hotel was a disappointment having no restaurant.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and responsive to requests.
All areas of the hotel were clean.
The room size was a good as was the accessible bathroom.

Cons:

The Placery was not a restaurant nor was it a partial kitchen, which was how it was described by a staff member. Microwaving supermarket take-away meals from a selection in a chiller cabinet is a fast food eatery not a restaurant.
Latte being unavailable at breakfast was not acceptable. Nor was the excuse that the machine could not be cleaned in time.
The breakfast selection was alright, but the croissants were not fresh on each day!
There was no milk available in the room for tea / coffee making.

Perfect stay for our family.
Pros:

It was the perfect place for our family. After a week up the mountain we needed somewhere to rest and rejuvenate and are so glad we chose Hyatt Place. The hotel room and facilities were so lovely that we just stayed indoors for the two days we were there, watching movies and chilling out. The pool and spa were perfect for the kids. Himmi on the front desk was so lovely to talk to, welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was so cheap an 10/10! Awesome accommodation.
