Property was clean, convenient location for our needs and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Good location, clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

Only negative was extremely loud guests in the room on the floor above our room. Sounded like jumping off the bed onto the floor all hours of the night! It kept us up until 2:30am. Made a call to the front desk and the noise stopped immediately.

Clean facilities and friendly staff but parking is an issue for large vehicles.
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Quiet even though the hotel was full.

Cons:

1. Trying to get a room without using a booking site was insane. The prices were beyond exorbitant, even through Booking.com our deal was what we expected a normal rate would be.
2. We had a king room with pullout bed. There was only one pillow and a super thin blanket. Our son was not very comfortable.
3. If you have a larger, taller vehicle like we do, the underground parking is unavailable and there are limited ground level parking spots for oversized vehicles. This would not have been an issue except most spots were taken by small vehicles that would have fit in the underground parking which creates difficulty with parking. The hotel was putting notices on small cars to move to underground parking but there was no real enforcement.

Pros:

The staff was excellent very helpful. It was very close to all the places we wanted to visit.

We enjoyed the breakfasts, and the rooms
Pros:

The rooms were very well laid out and decorated, and provided a relaxing place to work and rest. I enjoyed just spending time in my room when not doing other activities. The hotel and parking were easy to navigate. I enjoyed the daily snack in the lobby. We did not get to use the pool and workout activities, but did visit them and had planned to use them.

Cons:

The dampers on some of the suite doors on our floor needed adjustment, as there was significant banging when people entered and exited their rooms. Also, the wooden construction did not include skim-coated flooring, so when the person directly above us got up very early to start their day, pack and leave, we heard every action before falling back to sleep. Also, our bed had a very soft topper, which many people would appreciate; it was too soft for our liking. One Final Thing: I got a coffee during the day, I paid 5$ for a lukewarm Nespresso. Go out for coffee instead.
