Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir repayer car il y a eu une erreur et on n'avait pas vu que j'avais déj payé via booking.com. mais l'erreur va être réparée m'a-t-on dit et je vais être remboursée.
L'erreur est humaine et tout le monde était très gentil
