Mi è piaciuta la pulizia delle camere, la qualità dei materiali.
C’era moltissima plastica e questo l’ho apprezzato molto, i ragazzi dello staff sono tutti gentili e sempre disponibili.

Harika konumda, temiz ve konforlu
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok merkezi, şehir zaten tamamen yürüyerek gezilebilir ancak otel heryere çok rahat yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok temiz, geniş ferah, kahve makinası, su ısıtıcı, çay kahve mevcut.

Cons:

Odaların bazıları iç avluya bakıyor ve gün ışığı almıyor, bu benim için önemli bir eksiklikti. Bir de ücreti otelde ödemem rağmen, konaklamamın 1 gününü iptal etmediler, çok yarfımcı olunmadı.

Un Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
Pros:

La colazione a buffet era ottima con tanti prodotti locali, ma allo stesso tempo anche internazionale.
La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, vicina a Las Setas e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale.
Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile. Il servizio gratuito di deposito bagaglio prima della consegna della camera e dopo il checkout è un plus. Così come il cocktail di benvenuto di cui si può usufruire nell'arco del soggiorno presso il bar.
Lo stile dell'arredamento è moderno e confortevole. Il bagno con doccia è super spazioso.

I LIKED BREAKFAST AND LOCATION IS PERFECT AND Design of hotel. Had 2 rooms and had 1 room free upgrade. Staff is good but some of them dont understand english well and because of that they could not understand what was lost and which colors.

Cons:

We lost pyjamas during our stay after room make up. Then they told me that pyjamas were found and i could take it.before i explained that pyjamas were set white top and yellow trousers and when i came to take my pyjamas it turned out that only trousers are found and still top is missing. It is not about pyjamas but from room some item is lost and reaction to that was quite strange. Like it was nothing that after room make up ,pyjamas are gone and no apologies or some excuse or some suggestion for loss. Just it was lost and its normal to loose something after room service. Also our room had windows but it was among walls and could not see day light from there.

L'emplacement est idéal , à 2min du "champignon" et 8 min de la Giralda en passant par des ruelles hyper sympa !jolie salle de petit dej, mais c'est un patio et il y faisait un peu frais ( doit être hyper agréable en été, mais nous y étions debut mars !!) petit dej très bien, personnel super agréable et de bon conseil , surtout Juanjo vraiment adorable !notre chambre était hyper calme et les matelas très confortables

le système de douche est un peu complexe et il n'y a pas de moyen de faire secher les serviettes sur un radiateur par exemple ( du coup, on les jette par terre et il faut les changer tous les jours ! pas super ecolo)

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend voor iedereen die graag in het midden van de stad verblijft en overal te voet naar toe wil. De kamers zijn proper, ruime badkamer, en brede bedden.
Er is ruime keuze bij het ontbijt, vooral veel zoete koeken, maar wel elke hetzelfde.

Cons:

De groene fluwelen stoeltjes in de ontbijtzaal zijn heel mooi en passen bij de inrichting, maar zitten echt niet goed,
