Pros:

A localização é muito boa, fica há 700m da rua coberta, ok. Mas está no CENTRO, não precisa sair de carro para ir até bons restaurantes e lojas. Vale muito a pena. Sala de jogos, piscina aquecida, quadra de padel e parquinho, tudo à disposição.
